Jack's secret... REVEALED : yikes :

he was previously in a crazy house cuz he though he was reliving days : yikes :

maybe he found a way to PREVENT it??... he maybe got fed up with them CONSTANTLY asking for help and decided to figure a way to STOP them??..

But, if he got fed up with it and found a way to stop, why would he take a job at the morgue and still know what Tru did on her "regular" day. I think he is Tru's brother or some other relation. That is the only way I can think of that they can both have the ability. Unless it's something they picked up from a NDE. I'm not sure if Tru ever had a NDE, but it's a possibility.

Jack is evil! Notice the way he tried to stop Tru from getting in the apartment building. CREEPY!! Jack is evil! :firedevil

remember how Davis had said before about yin-yang stuff...
maybe he's the "evil" Tru??...

yeah, about that thing w/ the door...
"oh let me see... hmmmmm must have to push some button here or something... *pushes all the WRONG buttons*"...
: cwm :

This show rocked! I can't wait until the 2 hour show! I heard it is going to be very cool. A friend of mine also pointed out that Jack may not even be real. He could be a "ghost" or something. Anyway... love the show!

Tru found the letter from the hospital place and then Davis got found out that Jack had checked himself in claiming that he was reliving days. The guy that Tru thought was trying to ask her out was stalking the Chris imposter and he tried to kill the real Chris because he thought he was going to hurt her. Tru got him to stop, but Jack tried to stop her by not opening the door to the apartment building. I missed some of it because of a stupid Weather Lab Alert thing. If there is anything I am missing, please fill it in.

That was actually kinda funny! I dunno why but I couldn't stop laughing when he was doing that... I thought this episode had the most humour in it... my mom didn't like it though, she definitely disagreed with me and did NOT find Jack funny at all...

Ive got a feeling jack doesnt have the same power as tru but only relives days when someone else does, and maybe he is trying to stop his reliving of days by driving Tru insane (if she lives the days over but cant save people) as revenge for him thinking he was mad as he believes its her fault.

I think he has moving in the building across from her so he can keep an eye on her.

Summary of last half-hour

Tru discovers that boy-Chris is the real Chris Berrinsen and girl-Chris is the one who stole his identity. Tru arranges a meet, in which girl-Chris pays boy-Chris--in cash--all the money she stole from him. When he tries to spend it though, he finds out that the bills are counterfeit, and goes back to the apartment to confront girl-Chris. (Jack lets him into the building).

Tru, meanwhile, has gone back home only to see the package wrongly delivered to her still in her room. She heaves it up to her neighbor's (I think his name was Matt) apartment. It's open, and when she goes in, she sees that it is covered in pictures of girl-Chris. She realizes that it must have been Matt who killed boy-Chris, trying to protect his crush.

She runs over to the apartment, but the building is locked. She asks Jack to let her in, and he makes a big deal out of not knowing how to work the system yet and pushes all the wrong buttons.

Tru gets in anyway when an old lady opens the door, and gets there in time to stop Matt from killing boy-Chris. Matt runs away, boy-Chris gets mad at Tru, saying he let girl-Chris get away. Tru tells him not to be so sure.

Aparently, Tru made sure that girl-Chris got her credit card number, then reported the card stolen so when girl-Chris ties to use it to get out of town the police arrive and arrest her.

Tru gets back home just in time to recieve a call from Davis. As per TrueB&B's post, he was in a psychiatric center because he was reliving days.

dum dum dum dum...

Hi all... I'm new here, and Tru Calling is one of the shows I refuse to miss...for ANY reason!

About Jack...Every time you think you've figured out who done it, there's still 15 minutes of show left, and they give you a twist. I bet it's the same way with Jack. Most of us think he's evil. I bet he's not. I don't know what he's all about, but this is one show that's too good to let you figure it all out too fast.

Could someone recap the first half? my VCR went wonky and didnt tape the show! (Like

Summary of First Half Hour

Tru talks to Davis about how pathetic their lives are over the phone while she watches her neighbor across the street/alley.

Day One:
Tru wakes up to find that a package has been delivered to her that should have been sent to her upstairs neighbor. When she goes up to deliver it, Matt (the neighbor) asks her waht he should do if he really likes this girl neighbor of his, but doesn't want to make things wierd between them. Assuming it's her, Tru tells him to wait, and then take things really slowly.
At work, Jack tells Davis he has had his mail forwarded to the morgue as he has yet to move in anywhere. Davis mentions that there was a letter addressed to Jack that morning, from a place where one of his friends used to work. He makes a note to call him.
After having breakfast with Harrison, Tru meets the neighbor she was watching, who says her name is Chris Berrinson.
Later on, Luc runs into Tru and says he has the opportunity for a great lease on an apartment, but didn't want to get it unless she sait it was okay, as the apartment is accross the street from her and she doesn't want things to be creepy between them.
In the morgue, Jack comes in with a body, who he says belongs to Chris Berrinson, only the body on the gurney is that of a man, not the girl Tru had met earlier. Davis tries to get Tru into his office to tell her something important he has learned about Jack, but before he can tell her boy-Chris asks for help and the day rewinds.

Day Two:
Tru wakes up to the delivery, but decides not to return the package yet so she won't have to talk to Matt. She asks Davis what he wanted to talk to her about, but in this reality he hasn't called his friend, so he doesn't know. Meanwhile, Jack got to the mail before Davis could look at it, removing the catalyst for the call.
Davis and Tru decide that it must be a case of identity theft, and so Tru goes to the diner so she can run into girl-Chris again. Girl-Chris admits that some guy stole hr identity, and has been stalking her because she went to the police.
Davis finds out that boy-Chris works as a salesman for a medical supply company, and arranges for him to stop by. They confront him, and he says that he is the one whose identity was stolen. Davis makes a referencto having to make a phone call, and Tru remembers seeing a note for him to call his friend. He does, but gets no new information.
Meanwhile, Luc stops by looking for Tru, but only finds Jack. He misses out on the apartment becuse he couldn't find Tru, and jack takes it. Tru sees the envelope from Jack's letter and tells Davis to call his friend again, this time asking about Jack.
