I'm very pleased that Gwen will be back. I've really liked her so far and would be pleased if she became a regular. And yeah, I can see her and Gwen being paired romantically.
That would be cool although I love the Fred and Gunn relationship.
In regards to 'Players', it doesn't sound the most thrilling ep but that is usually the best kind!!

I really enjoyed this episode. It was good to see Gunn get some spotlight and I also enjoy Gwen being around. Although I love the Fred/Gunn relationship, I think Ive moved on and would love a full Gunn/Gwen relationship. I think the characters and the actors go well together.
I like Gwen making these occasional appearences , it adds to her mystery, although I did like seeing her delicate side. Whatever happens - more Gwen!
I loved Lorne this episode for two words - 'oh fudgicle' That had me laughing lots. I also loved the ending with the magic 8ball. Has Cordy been a bad girl. Definately!!! It was a brilliant humourous twist to a serious situation.
And at last EvilCordy has been found out!! Cant wait for next week - should be brilliant - cant wait, oh yeah, already said that!!!

I actually liked Gunn in this episode, maybe the whole him being with Gwen made me like him, I thought it was funny when he took the little girl!!!

Gunn said it best himself by proclaiming the last season to be a "turgid, supernatural soap opera". Glad someone finally noticed...
On a more positive note, Players wasn't altogether objectionable. I find another sudden appearance of 'high technology' (the device Gwen was after) a little irritating. When writers have to further bend the rules of their universe you know they're getting lazy. Still it was entertaining enough and who wasn't smiling when Gunn hoisted that guy over his shoulder and straightened his tie in slow motion?

This episode was a slight ant-climax compared to the last few, but i suppose after all of the high drama that's been going on, i guess everyone needed to catch their breath.
Great to see Gwen back and yeah, i liked the chemistry between her and Gunn. Gunn's fight was well choreographed, and i too liked the tie straightening bit.
I had a feeling that AI were playing along to trap Cordelia. I think busting her at the end was by far the best part of the show. The look on Angel's face especially. 🙂
