Desperate to find out why Cordelia (Charisma Carpenter) has turned to the dark side, Angel (David Boreanaz) goes to demon Skip (guest star David Denman) for answers. Forcing the truth out of him, Angel learns that all that's transpired, Connor's (Vincent Kartheiser) birth, Cordelia's ascension to the higher plane, Angel turning into Angelus and Cordelia's pregnancy, were all a part of a higher being's plan to create something even more powerful than itself.

Wow, sounds very interesting, can't wait to see this higher power. And is the thing it's trying to create what Cordelia is carrying? ewww!

I know a lot of people like Skip but he doesn't bother me either way. I'm far more excited by the spoiler pic - now I really can't wait!!
 
I thought it was a really good episode. Really got me thinking about fate and so on. After seeing it I can't help but wonder how the rest of the series will pan out. Where can it go from here?
 
Loved seeing Darla again!!!

She has arrived and it seens she is loved by everyone! She is scary!

I hate Skip!

Cordy is so evil!!! Once again another fab episode to add to the best season of Angel so far!
 
I also love the Darla scenes. It was great to see her back. I was looking forward to her and Connor's interactions.

Connor's final choice shocked me. I really thought Darla had gotten through to him.

The ending left me puzzled. Who is the woman and is it me or did she have instant power over Angel and Connor? They actually went down on their knees!! This has left me very intrigued.

I havn't enjoyed season 4 as much as previous seasons but in the last few weeks my interest has once again been renewed.

Really looking forward to the next few eps.
 
Agreed! I didn't think she looked that great. And what is she, like 40?

I s'pose the knee poses were just they knew they were in the presence of greatness. Bit OTT if you ask me.

Darla was fab in this episode, and although I'm not a fan of Connor, you can see he is in a bit of a bind in this situation. Poor sod. Torn between his evil mother who he briefly shared a soul with, and a lover with his child. Bless. If only he'd sort out his hair I'm sure his decision making would improve.

Who'd of guessed that Wes was such a crack shot. Way to go Wesley!
 
I really enjoyed this episode, a big improvement on last week's.

Cordelia really annoyed me. I didn't like the way she openly manipulated Connor and he couldn't see it, i mean it was so obvious.. considering how she used to be like, and how she is now.

Loved the scenes between Darla and Connor, they were really powerful. Poor Connor is just so confused right now, he just didn't know who to believe about anything, and i think that's why i so disliked Cordelia.

A good episode with an interesting ending.
 
I really loved the contrast between Darla and Cordelia.
Darla, who was evil, had now white clothes on and Cordelia, who was really sweet, had dark clothes and the scene where Connor dragged the girl and Cordelia was walking and smiled very evil was so great 😀 *goes off downloading more eps* I hate it when we're like 15 episodes behind...
