When an emotionally unstable woman, Dana (guest star Navi Rawat, "House of Sand and Fog"), escapes from a psychiatric ward, Angel (David Boreanaz) learns that she was tortured as a child and is now searching for her tormentor. Andrew (guest star Tom Lenk, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer"), a watcher-in-training, arrives from Sunnydale with surprising information about Buffy and to inform the group that Dana is also a vampire slayer. Meanwhile, Spike (James Marsters) believes that if he can save Dana, he will prove that he is destined to be the vampire champion.

I can't wait to see this! It sounds SO good. I can tell it's going to be funny with "Andrew: The watcher in training" ::dance:: :: wacko2
 
I was talking to one of my friends and she says it's not all that great.

But she also told me that soul purpose wascrap as well. So i'm still looking forward to it.
 
This was a good episode. It should have been excellent but it didn't have that X-factor. Anyway it was still a good episode. The final scene between Angel and Spike was fantastic (was the reason I wanted Spike on Angel). Andrew was funny but I so badly wanted Angel to hit him at the end. The way he brought all those Slayers along so he could bully Angel into givng over the insane slayer (who I thought was pretty hot). I wish Angel would have taken them all out and walked off with the girl. Hopefully Andrew will be back so Angel can kick his ass then.
 
Wow! Excellent ep. Slayer mythology, Andrew, news about the Scoobies, superb story, poor Spike (again😉), Andrew's putdown of the rogue Watcher "Price". Definitely a lot more gayness, both overt (Spandrew - Vigo Mortesson pecs 🙂) and closet (Spangel). Andrew and the Slayer army. And a psycho-Slayer to boot. Mega-funpacked! And mega-funny. Pointy= Happy Bunny. Still grousing about sidelining main characters though - hardly any of Lorne, Gunn, Wes and Fred.
Did I mention Andrew? Looking forward to Cordy in the next one...
 
This was an excellent ep! The whole idea of a crazy slayer is very cool 🙂
It had some great quotes as well.
In the final scene, just because it's Andrew, I was saying Ha Angel but if it had of been Buffy, I would have been saying Knock her out!!
 
i didnt like andrew he was annoying. how dare he tell angel that buffy doenst trust him any more. i mean ok she might not but let her tell him herself instead of him blabbing his mouth off. somone should have smacked andrew in the face. i know everyone likes him but come on talk about idiot

i loved the whole evil spike thing great twist i was really getting into hateing spike but no i had to think ok so hes not that bad. but i did love this ep andrew aside. poor angel thought that brat andrew needed to shut his mouth he couldnt have done it if the slayers wernt there. he always hids behind the slayers. and im sorry a psycho slayer no one would be better at takign care of her than angel and what happens down the road the girl wakes up and fights all the slayers. hello people are gonna die
 
First up it was great to see 'The Slayer Of The Vampyres' back!! ::rolf::


Good episode as so many have been this season,interesting juxtaposition of gore and jokes....I was uncomfortable when she sliced that guy's throat in the hospital though,I know I'm squeamish but that was a bit much :: hiding:

As for Andrew's speech at the end,I think he's right.Angel does work for the dark side now,whether we care to admit or not...I'd love to see a Slayers/Wolfram & Hart showdown but I'm sceptical it will happen... ::evil1::

Oooo,I didn't even know a certain someone was making an appearance next week....Could be interesting!! ::dance::
 
Once again a great ep.

I thought it was a good story, but not really enticing, like No Angel said, it didn't have the X-factor.

Thought the crazy slayer was funny, and when she cut of Spike's arms, i almost wet myself laughing. Lol especially when you just see his arms laying on a table perfectly fine.

Andrew was a little b!tch at the end, gotta say what was up witht eh ahir, i prefer his old hair. But i love seeing Andrew and Spike together.
 
I am in love with Dana! She's such a cool character! *goes off to be crazy languages so I can sound just like Dana*...lol
 
Andrew was sooooo adorable! I just fell in lvoe with him so much more!

And spike with no hands!? Freaked me out! I'm so grateful for hands 😉
 
I enjoyed, a big step up from Soul Purpose. Dana was great, she was another Faith which was class. I became to like Andrew in Buffy but from that appearance it has changed again, hehe.
 
I know i was so shocked when Spike lifited his arms up and he had no hands!
I thought that Dana was a really cool character as well. i also thought that Andrew was great in this ep as well.
 
It was a good episode but never been an Andrew fan, so at least it was one episode, rather then two seasons worth of episodes on Buffy. Just dont find him funny.
 
I really loved the ep,I thought it was great...and when Spike had his hands cut off...ugh....Dana was sooo cool!!lol
