The one thing I love about this show is how it has stuck to the books. The show carries over the dark humor of Dex and more importantly the storylines, which few book to tv shows ever do.
So I was a tad miffed (not by much) that they changed the ending but I can understand why they did it.
It really has been a while since i've seen the finale so there is no doubt a lot more for me to mention but I need to re-watch it.
It will be interesting to see what Rita makes of Paul's shoe and if she starts to suspect Dexter. Sadly for me I got a spoiler early on so I knew who the ice truck killer was, well sort of. I knew it was Dexter's brother but I didn't know that Rudy was his brother.

I just knew the guy who played Dracula was in Dexter, and assumed it was Rudy. Those Hollywood pretty boy types all look alike to me.

So did only a handful of us watch Dexter, or do people talk about it elsewhere? Or do people not care enough to discuss it?
Honestly, if you haven't checked it out yet, I really, really recommend it. If the writers know what they are doing this show has the potential to reach high levels of greatness.
