Dexter finds out that the man who killed his mother, right in front of him, is still alive. When he tells this to Lila, she suggests he face the man, as part of his road to addiction recovery. But then as his sponsor she insists on tagging along

Ok I loved the Dark Defender bits in the new episode of Dexter they cracked me up. I just went online and watched the short episode of the Dark Defender and it was ok. What did everyone else think of it?

Just saw it. Intense.

And laced with humor. My favorite. Something like...

Deb: Dad always taught us about the sanctity of human life.

Dexter (Voice over): Yeah, but I got different homework.

Twisty, turny as usual, and going places you don't expect it to.

And that final image. Poor Dexter. If it was between Dexter and Michael from Prison Break, I wonder who'd win the "Can't catch a break" award.
