It's the finale folks! 🙁🙂 - mixed emotions here🙂
I couldn't find the synopsis but I will post it as soon as I do. Please don't post any spoilers for UK viewers until the ep has aired. The anticipation...

"Not Fade Away"
Angel and company spend the day as if it were their last as they prepare to bring down the evil Circle of the Black Thorn. Putting their lives on the line, Spike confronts a demon cult, Lorne faces off with Lindsay, Gunn takes on an evil senator and Angel battles Hamilton, the henchman of the Senior Partners.

Not much has happened so far, but THE BEST OF ANGEL WEWT WEWT!
 
A good episode, but I didn't see much of it because I was at work until 9, then had to cancel my bank card at some point (lost it). Good thing I "acquired" it a few weeks ago 😉. But it did have the "Thank You" message (with The WB cut off) at the end, which my version didn't.

I wanted to watch Wes die again (sounds cruel but its a sweet scene) but missed it, curses.
 
..................Words don't quite explain the feeling I have right now. It's over 🙁. I guess we just gotta move on untill the next show which has the same high quality comes out (it will most probably be a Joss Whedon show lol). Illyria sumed up my feelings on the end of the show best: "I'm feeling grief. I can't seem to control it. I wish to do more violence". For some reason Illyria's scenes touched me the most. She had gotten of her high horse and respected everyone else. I love it when she went to Gunn "Try not to die. You are not unpleasant to my eyes". It was sweet in an odd way. Fantastic send off to the show and I kinda liked the cliffhanger ending (as long as we find out what happened some time in the fututre). I give it 10/10!
 
::crying2: Oh Im so upset it's ended it really has, Wes's death was so horrible one of my fav charc died, I loved Angel and Hamiltons fight was good and then Connor joined. The ending was alright jus wished id known what has happened, then it ended and the Thank You message came on and I startd crying so upsettin..
 
Wow - like I said in the first post - mixed emotions here. A great ep still full of surprises even though I sort of knew who died and what the last scene was about. A good way to bow out - knowing that the fight continues (and of course they get out of it, I'm sure they've got out of worse😉)

I read an interesting article in Dreamwatch - I think it was part of an interview with either Jeffrey Bell or David Fury - which talked about what plans they had for Season 6 if it had gone ahead. It would've featured the survivors of this ep's final battle in a post-apocalyptic world and would've been more sci-fi orientated à  la Mad Max or Jeremiah. I'm not sure about that plan so I'm almost glad it ended as it did. There go those mixed emotions again...(sorry but I can't post a link to the article - they don't publish online - I guess that would put a dent in their sales😉 but it's in the current issue)
 
Argh! I'm so angry that it ended, and worst of all they made it seem like there was going to be another epidsode. It was a good episode though! I just want to know what to do now, and when there is going to be show thats just as good, or has something remotley to do with buffy/angel.

The last scene...the big battle is coming along and it cuts? IT CUTS? No big battle!? I was shouting at the TV "Noooooo!" It was nice for Sky to leave the "Thank You" on at the end! (Even if I hadn't know about the thank you, you could tell it was the one used in the US due to the low quality! lol)

Wes dying was so sweet with Illyria!! "Can I Lie To You Know?" The scene plays in my head!

Where did Lorne go after killing Lindsey?
 
Lorne just went he never said where he was going just that he wasnt going to join them in the 'big' fight, I also thing he felt low about what he was made to do..
 
OMG how great was that finale? I loved it sooooo much.

I thought there were so many good moments. But my fave was with Wes and Illyria/Fred. How sweet was that. Awww! Can't stop watching that sene

I knew Lorne was gonna do something to Linsey, but awww, him not there fighting the good fight anymore was sad.

The way it ended arggghhh. They went out fighting like they came in, but man, how much do yoou wanna see how that fight would've went.

Lol @ Gunn "You take the 30,000 on the left..." Great moment.

Giving it 11/10 completely ROCKED!
 
The last episode was superb!!!!!!!!

Personaly im not a big fan of connor but it was a nice bit when he came to help Angel.

The Ending was great i hate happy endings that tie everything up in a nice package leaving them doing what they have always done was a nice touch
Plus it leaves it open unlike Buffy. ::dance::
