Cheers!!!!

Thanks Elec,
I was sitting there watching the show, thinking O.K. so I know it's an exam but what the **** does MCAT stand for ? All clear now, thanks for taking the time to explain.
Regards from London, Tom.

Glad I could help 🙂 I'm not surprised that you would be confused by that either, the education system in America is somewhat different from Europe or Asia and I can't say I fully understand the secondary or University systems in those places either.

Not everyone here is happy with the importance that standardized testing has in college admissions - they are the source of much stress and agonizing. For the advanced education tests like MCAT and LSAT (and to a lesser degree the GRE - Graduate Record Exam, which is used for admission into most non-med or law graduate programs), many people feel like the test results will have a tremendous effect on the rest of their life (need a good score to get into a good program to get a good education and experience to get a good job). The fact that Tru is quite confident about the test shows that she's smart and prepared, but it's also no small decision for her to skip out on the test. It literally means she's stuck in her current life and postponing her dream of being a doctor until she is able to take the test again.

This was so awsome, when i saw the ads I thought "5 deaths? im never gonna understand this one!" but it was way clearer than the other ones and it was alot like the show mesteroius ways (sp?) with the solving.

We saw it just last week. I really feel so sorry for the poor girl, thats like my worst nightmare. And when she left the room, it sorta telling us that she dosent think this as just some job, she thinks it as a destiny.
And that Davies guy was soo weird lately, i knew he was gonna drop some kinda bombshell on her, but i didnt know that he knew. Now I wanna know how he knows, maybe her get the gift.

I think the day rewinds to the last moment the victim was alive and Tru was last sleeping 😉

This has been my favourite episode I have to say. A great twist and I loved the last Harrison/Lindsey scene in it! xD

Tru tries to stop two robbers from committing any more crimes. With Eddie Matos and Sonja Bennett.

This episode was good. It wasnt great, but it was good. Clever twist with the man and the hostage working together and Jack's really growing on Me. Davis was really sweet worrying about Tru so much!

I had the hostage thing figured out, because he wasn't to forceful, that and the fact that you can tell she was wearing wigs.

Discussion of Episode 1.16 Two Pair (SKY-UK) Airing 3/8/04

The first 20 minutes of this episode I felt were nothing special. The last 25 minutes I thought were great and it was very much of a tear jerker of an episode, with Davis [And thats only his middle name!] telling the story about his wife and daughter and Harrison "failing" at helping the university girl.

I liked this episode, as it was we really needed to find out more about Davis's background as he is a main character. Anything with more Harrison coverage is ok by me, and its good that it wasn't concerning Lindsay, as they needed to give him more to do. And this gave him more than the image of just out for himself.

I enjoyed this episode a lot, it was nice to see Harrison helping out Tru even though he did not succeed, gave him more of a purpose rather than just falling out with Lindsay again!

Same here as that gets boring, I think that they only put her and Harrison together to give her more airtime as she's never really had a storyline or any background info.

Thats why it was so frustrating when you knew at the end that Jack was responsible for the outcome as Harrison had did his best and would have succeeded if it wasn't for him.

Oooh I know that's the hardest part about watching it for me. I mean it's really intense and all but you're just sitting there knowing Jack is trying to thwart them at every turn....

I loved this episode...they can't all end on a happy note - the characters are still human and can only do their best.
