Basically like the 'What five things would you take on a Desert Island with you' except this is What 5 Disney Movies would you take?
Maximum 5(no Minimum) and before any smart arses come along.....a TV/DVD combi is already hooked up using Seawater as a Fuel Source.

The Little Mermaid- What can I say? This was the first movie I ever seen in my life and it stuck with me. It's still one of my favorites. Laugh it up all you want Al.

Aladdin- This one is great too. Other than TLM this one is my favorite disney movie. The Genie is hilarious and Aladdin kicks ass.

A Goofy Movie- This movie is freaking great. It's been a favorite for a long time.

The Lion King- Hakuna Matata. This one is really good too.

The Little Mermaid 2- Don't judge me.

Bambi... so cute.

The Lion King... pretty cute too.

The Lion King 2... still one of my favorite movies ever 😛

The Emporer's New Groove... 'cause ya can't get enough of llama emporers.

Chicken Run... I dunno. I just like it.

Shrek... hah. Hahah. Still hilarious.

Not sure all those are Disney even though I like em
The Black Hole was a disney movie, right?

The only other one I'd take, that I can think of, is the Lion King.

In high school I'd spontaneously burst into this song http://youtube.com/watch?v=InkCjyVy2KY&mode=related&search=

I loved doing the bit at the start.

When I finished(always before everyone else) my higher maths exam I started singing it...until I got flung out the gym where our exams were held.

Yes, but I even did it with Beauty and the Beast.....I have stated before I was a sad loner in School....i'm seeing why
I believe my choices would change, however these are the ones I would pick right now.

1 - Lion King. Love it. The music is awesome, the talent used is great and I still sing the songs now.

2 - Beauty and the Beast. It was the first film I saw at the Cinema without an adult there...plus its kinda purty.

3 - Aladdin. Robin Williams as the Genie is Genius. Plus i sang 'A Whole New World' with a fit bit at a school thing...i was so happy that night cause I saw her Knickers.

4 - Freaky Friday. The Jodie Foster one. I love that Movie its very funny.

5 - Mary Poppins. Its just one of those movies I watch over and over and still sing along.

VisionGuy agrees: Kiss the Girl is gay but a nanny who flies around using an umbrella screams heterosexual huh?

Yes, because for a young man that Nanny was HOT.......and there is that fantasy in the same vein as 'doing' a teacher or your best friends Mom
Kiss the Girls was sang by Peter Andre over here....you REALLY need not say anymore than that!

LOL! You're an evil genius!
1. The Jungle Book - absolute classic from my childhood
2. Toy Story - the beginning of the Pixar revolution
3. Mary Poppins - loved it as a kid, Dick Van Dyke's accent is priceless 🙂
4. The Love Bug - first Herbie film, again many happy childhood memories.
5. Finding Nemo - classic quest story and some brilliant sparks of humour.

There are probably several others but BotD said five...

I'm probably the only person in the world who thinks this way but I really don't like Disney movies.

Could I take the South Park movie instead?

OMG I couldnt live without my Disney collection! Argh.. Alister why! Why would you make me choose 5!... ok if i HAD to.. here is my top 5...

1. Aladdin
2. The Lion King
3. Finding Nemo
4. Beauty and the Beast
5. Mary Poppins

I love Disney Films! I'd take (in no particular order of favouritism):

1) The Lion King - Its so sad when Mufasa dies 🙁 But Rafiki, Timon and Pumbaa are hillarious!!
2) Cinderella - It's so romantic
3) Beauty & The Beast - Same reason as above 🙂
4) Aladdin
5) Basil The Great Mouse Detective ( It was a toss up between that and The Little Mermaid)

1) Peter Pan (cause if I can't take the book then I guess it's better than nothing)
2) Aladdin (to laugh)
3) The Lion King (to laugh and be moved)
4) The 101 Dalmatians (just always loved it)
5) Fantasia (for the classic music which I think I'd need if I was on a deserted Island, lol)

I like this thread a lot! :silly:
