I was wondering for awhile but do Magick Addictors actually exist? The kind that Willow was in season 6?

If you mean in the Buffyverse, then yes, obviously.
But like Cast No Shadow said, no, because magic isn't real. I hope you're aware of that 🙂

To be fair there are people who believe in magic and people who practice 'spells', even if it may be less off a super magical Buffy-verse way and more in an earth-religion / hodoo / santeria type way.

And personally yes, I would guess that there are people who grow addicted to that. If you're convinced of something and if you truly believe it then I'm sure it is easy to get addicted to 'magic spells' from whatever alternative religion/ practices out there.

If it's a thing, then someones addicted to it... people get addicted to video games and other random things so I don't see why believers of magic would be immune to this.

🙂

You can get addicted to anything if it triggers an endorphic release on multiple occasions. Magic in the Buffy sense may not be real but there are plenty of people who believe in Pagan and Wiccan magic.

Some people claim to get high on Jesus and I don't think he's real, so I suppose anything's possible.

hahah people get high on jesus?
If you mean like getting REALLY a lot into some belief (magic and religion) tand this precludes your sense of reality, well I see that all the time.

Real or not(just because it can't be proven today, doesn't mean it's not real), a person could easily become addicted to anything, as several posters mentioned above.
