Do the PTB care about Buffy?

I dont think its a matter of want...destiny is destiny.
Besides who knows the day he Shanshued could be the day there is no need to protect anymore....

Maybe Spike should get it, and there wasn't any specifics though.

Angel and the gang just happened to stumbled across it.

They channel it from nature, thus like the potion making and spell casting needing earthly ingredients..........

But when Willow crossed those lines of defying magic, bringing back Buffy, she tapped more into nature.....like in the first ep of S7, when she said she can feel it, the HellMouth,..........

She was intune with it............

I believe Willow is infact stronger than the PTB..........as well as Cordy.....

...but in "You're Welcome", she said the PTB owed her, so are they good or do they just do things for you if you do it for them??

How can cordy be more powerful than the PTB whenher power comes from them?

I'm not sure about the willow thing, but if i had to guess i'd have to say PTB, one it appears there are more than one, two they've been around forever, three jasmine was powerful and she wasn't even on her own turf or with allies
 
Well I'm sorry but I think Cordy was getting alittle up there with her powers.

She was half demon by the way.
We saw her levitate, and shine that amazing light around.
 
Yeah but who made her a half demon, who gave her such powers, Cordy had no where near the amount of power Jasmine and we dont even know if she was as powerful as the other PTB
 
yeah but I don't think any old person could just pull something like that off, they needed power and it's my personal belief the PTB provided that power.

But that doesn't mean that the PTB told the shamans to use their magic and demon essence to turn a young female into a physically powerful Slayer and force her to kill demons and vampires.

Personally, I find both the shamans and the Watcher Council's actions repulsive. The former uses magic to create a Slayer line, so they can force young women to kill demons for them. And the Watcher Council's exploit the shamans' actions . . . along with future Slayers. I find that very repulsive.

What proof do we have that Willow is stronger than the PTB? Because she changed the Slayer line? She did that with the assistance of the scythe. And all she did was change the shamans' magic. Willow is a witch and a mortal, not a deity. In fact, the show has never been able to prove that she is the most powerful witch ever. And I don't recall any of the shows stating that Cordy was more powerful than the PTB.
 
Yeah, if we believe what the shows tell us Cordy's power is subordinate to the PTB. In You're Welcome doesn't she have to ask a favour of the PTB to return for one last visit with Angel?

As far as Witch Willow vs a PTB, we kind of almost saw that when Willow battled the diminished spirit of Jasmine in Cordy's body. Doesn't Evil-Cordy say something like "if only this was a week later", meaning if only she was at full strength.

Here's the thing though - are we bound by the rules of what we see on the series? If not then we can go, "Well maybe...". If we are though, then why do we insist the PTB care what goes on in the Buffyverse? There's nothing to suggest they do.
