Do Watchers throw funerals for fallen Slayers?

not that i recall, nor would i think they would since they treat the Slayer like a tool. If anything they may cremate or behead the body so it wouldn't turn into potentially whatever kill her,.

Since we don't have any canon examples, one way or the other, it's pretty much left up to our imagination. I think that it would most likely depend on two factors. How they died, and if their bodies were even recoverable.
Buffy died in Season 5, and was given a more or less normal, if secret, funeral, but it must be remembered, she died under very specific circumstances, and her death was witnessed by her friends. All Slayers die in battle, and not all die in front of witnesses, so the exact cause of their death might be in question. Would there be a possibility that she had been turned by a vampire, or otherwise infected by some other sort of demon, resulting in some sort of evil resurrection? In those cases, my guess is that cremation would be the preferred method of body disposal, with or without any sort of ceremony, and it wouldn't necessarily be a matter of love and respect, but rather pure practicality.
Also, there's the distinct chance that the Slayer in question might have actually been eaten by the demon or demons that killed her. In thhat case, obviously, no burial would be possible.

Giles also mentions that slayer deaths aren't recorded in the watcher journals, or very little information is given about how they die. It's mentioned in the show that the watcher is probably too emotional, but it could also be a very business transaction of "Oh, Jane is gone, Pamela is next up...."
I honestly don't think past slayers probably lived long enough to have that sort of relationship with their watcher.

It's hard to make a general statement like that, though. Kendra said that she had been sold to her Watcher at a very young age, which would seem to mean that at least some Potentials/Slayers and their Watchers have fairly long relationships. Also, as to emotional connection, that would also vary from case to case, depending on the two individuals concerned, ranging from the father/daughter bond shared by Buffy and Giles (obviously discouraged officially) to almost total detachment.
In general, I think that the Watcher/Slayer partnership would be quite similar to a K9 military team, with the handler showing at least professional concern for his animal, and the dog accepting the handler as the one in authority. Some sort of emotional bond, from simple trust to actual love, would certainly have to form in the general course of the partnership, but the handler would always know that, if the situation dictates, his partner is always expendable.
