Do You Buffy~Speak?

I just realized whenever I'm hung over (which is often anymore) I used to say "Fire bad, tree pretty" , always seemed to sum up the feeling
 
I use A LOT of BtVS speak!

I do this without even thinking about it and I don't realize what I'm doing til it's out of my mouth.

I used "five by five" and no one knew why!:biggrin3: And generally whenever I talk about Buffy and trying to explain to my non-Buffy friends why and how Angel lost his soul they can not stop giggling!:confused2: I sometimes online I would put the -y in the ending of some words. And lately I use the "cookie analogy" a lot!!!:biggrin3:

I laughed out loud when I read this thread title.

My new expression of frustration is "Grr! Aarrgh!" I sometimes use "wiggins," and I frequently use such "Spike-isms" as "bugger" or "sodding." While playing Chaos Bleeds the other day, I got really frustrated and yelled "Bloody hell, sodding, blimey, shagging, knickers, bollocks!"

I added the "-y" endings before I ever watched the show.

Yes I do, but no one ever gets the reference. 🙂

I say "Gee, can you vague that up for me"? all the time when someone says something very general or that I don't understand.

I've even got my friends into the habit of anding the '-y' and '-age' suffix onto the end of words, I do it so frequently. I tend to use quotes an awful lot, no matter who's around. I remember once in Science class there was a discussion going on about weird relationships and I butted in with 'Love makes you do the whacky' - I'm almost sure people thought I was insane. But, I use Buffy quotes a lot, though, and the dialogue; I, too, use words such as 'wiggins' in everyday conversation, despite the fact I usual have to explain what it means.
 
technically "Angel-speak" but I find "there's not enough yuck in the world" comes in handy quite often
 
So noone else uses "Hamnoo?" then? One of the few Buffyisms you can fit into any language on the world. Well, except into French, with the H problem and all. 😀
 
I think I've used it. I remember Joss and the other guy talking about the "hamnoo" on the Lessons commentary. They loved it. ha ha

Oh, I do that bleh noise and face Buffy does when she drinks strong alcohol whenever I have to take medicine.
