She's one of my all time favorite!!!

She is wicked hilarious and she always puts a smile on my face.

Never Leave Me highlight was her role in it.

Ha ha ha ha!!! My friend and I just watched that episode last night, it's funnier every time. I was almost in tears laughing so loud. Anya is one of the most blunt and funny characters on BtVS. She always says something hilarious when everyone else gets too depressing. Great comic relief!!!
 
Hell yeah i thought she was funny!!!! Hilarious gal she was, just the jem's that came out of her mouth! such a classic character Anya was!!
 
Anya yup shes funny. The things she comes out with, and in the exact moments lol! Shame she died! 😡
 
Sometimes she was funny I felt the bunny thing was slightly overused though. Her best episodes were OMWF, and the body but some others she just got annoying
 
I find Anya absolutely hilarious!!! Even when she is upset the things that she says really make me crease! I don't know why. I also think her mannerism are great. She is a very expressive person. I love how she is afraid of bunnys and I thought the Olaf the Troll story was great as we found out how she gained her vengence demon powers. I just think everything about her life is funny. I mean how many people are scared of rabbits and used to date a troll or kill people in weird ways on a daily basis. (Lets not forget the giant worm story line! Hehe) :: redhair
 
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, that is what happens when you put me, infront of Buffy when Anya is speaking. She is more funny then Xander, who can have his moments. She is also a tad funnier then Spike, which goes to show you, ANYA is so hilarious. Cause hello, Spike...makes me lmao. I love those two.

Anya is extremely funny... she cracks me up... i watched an episode last night.. the one where her and xander are making out in the basement and she screams and picks up a stuffed bunny (sooo cute) and screams "omg who would put that there" lol... hilarious
 
I really found her funny at first but then she got all strange when she met Xander and i just did not find her as funny as she was before. I think once she was with Xander she changed and started to actually feel like a mortal.
 
I found her moderately funny in seasons 3 and 4, I think it was season 5 where she really started hitting them out the park.

Anya: You can sleep with me.

Everyone looks at Anya.

Anya: Well, now that came out a lot more lesbian than it sounded in my head.

That's just one of those moments where you can't not laugh.
 
Anya is probably the funniest character on the show. She's just excellent. She's way better than Xander, who I do not find very funny.
 
Even though I'm not into Anya's character much and do find her annoying at times, I think anyone who wouldn't check "very funny" should have a level 3 diagnosis run on his/her humor subprocessors. 🙂
 
wow this thread seems to get revived a lot huh? lol. Well, i never found her funny. There has been possibly 2 or 3 moments i smiled at somethin g she said, otherwise i found her quite annoying. i didn't see the humor in it. But it has to do with everyone's different tastes in humor.

I prefer Xander's sillyness and Spike's deadpan humor (i love it, my boyfriend can be so sarcastic and deadpan with jokes and i think its hysterical). i dont find the whole, "oh i'm too ignorant to know when to not say things so im just going to blurt things out i shouldn't, aren't i so funny?" thing. I find i roll my eyes at Anya a lot more than i laugh.
