Do you like him better as Buffy's watcher or as Demon Hunter on Angel?

I haven't seen him on Angel which is why I am making this poll.

Is he still the wimp that he was on Buffy? I hope not because I will have to petition. Not really but he was wimpy 🙂
 
Definitely not what he was anyway. I think his character over the past few seasons has grown in credibility by a huge amount. Compared to Bs3, As2 was like a totally different person irrespective of his "Rogue Demon Hunter" days. (IMO Amusing, not stupid!) Personally i think he's now a great attribute to Angel.
 
Hes definatly better on Angel...And Not a whimp anymore!
I agree with BB...His character has grown alot..way better 😉
 
Yea I agree with BB too (there's a lot of agreeing going around huh?) I think that Wesley has really grown so much from his Buffy days that it hardly seems like the same person. ^_^ He's a much better, more well rounded character 😀
 
Well in season 3 Buffy Wesley was a one dimensional caricature, the achetypal British middle class wimp. I do agree that he has matured and filled out as a well rounded individual while on Angel, but one thing that still worries me is his position as leader since the middle of season 2. It's really about time that all the gang recognised Angel as leader again. Without him they would all be dead by now!
 
Definitly Angel, I couldn't stand him in Buffy, but I really like him now. Their is definitly a diffrence.
 
I'm pretty much in the same boat with everyone here. Wesley in BTVS was such a wus that he made Giles look like the slayer! In Angel, he's got a lot more experience fighting the forces of darkness and not just reading and learning about it.
 
That is very good to hear because if he was a wimp or whatever i would be reluctant to watch Angel when they start showing it on diff channels.
 
I would definitely have to say angel - his character is just more multi-facted on that show that what he was on buffy.
 
And I agree too! He's better on Angel! When he arrived, I wondered why he was coming!!! It wasn't really a cool character but after a few episodes, I've changed my mind, I think he's good too!
 
i didn't like wes at all on buffy, and then he came on Angel and im totally in love.he is gorgeous and his character has grown stronger and funnier by the episode.i think he is lovely, and can't wait to see if he will get some love soon. *angel* he is gorge
 
Wesley is definetly better on Angel. He was such a wimp on Buffy! lol. He wasnt as hot on Buffy either.....hehe. I like the way he's growing into himself more and growing up. he's much more brave and loyal. its really funny to watch a ep of Buffy with Welsey in it and then watch an ep of Angel with him in it. I'm all like, "Woah, wait, that guy on Buffy was wesley?! no way!" hehe. Hes changed, for the better!

I like wesley better on Angel. on buffy, he was a nerdy wimpy hehe. but now he changed and he caught a lot of attention for it. he used to only care about himself but now he "helps the helpless". Hes a lot more....easy-going now. he grew into himself and decided he doesnt have to be who everyone wants him to be, he can just be himself.

He's definitely way better on Angel. Even though I found him just a little bit annoying on Buffy, he was amusing; but on Angel, he's still Wes, he's just deeper and they've fleshened out his character more to give him more dimension.
 
I couldn't stand him on Buffy, to be honest, and when I found out that he was replacing Doyle on Angel, I totally flipped, lol. But now, he's probably my fave guy on Angel, he's definately grown up from Watcher-Wesley.
 
i know what you mean, i was mad when he came on and wasn't going to give him a chance, but after a few episodes i totally feel in love with him!
