Do you like to read books??

I know it's a stupid question,but I would like to know the answer anyway...😉
I love to read.What's more I prefer to read books in English than in my native language(don't ask why...)I'm into Agatha Christie,sir Arthur Conan Doyle,Robin Cook,Jonathan Carroll+Emily Dickinson(an American poet).
How about you??
 
Before this comes a simple "yes or no" thread, I'm gonna ask a question to further the topic. What types of books are you interested in?
 
I love romance books (my mates say it's coz my real life lacks romance) I can read a whole book in 1 day (that's if I've got nothing else to do). My fave romance books have to have a touch of supernatural in them. I love anything by Christine Feehan or Keri Arthur.
 
I like romance novels too! I also like mysteries of any kind, and anything supernatural! If I'm not working, I can read a book in a day too! 🙂
 
I'm a huge Kurt Vonnegut fan. He's a genius (good first name, too!).

I also really like Philp K. Dick (VALIS), Neil Gaimen (especially Sandman!!!), Neil Stephenson (Snowcrash is probably the best sci-fi novel ever written). Oh, and I also read a lot by this guy named Stephen King that nobody's ever heard of.
 
I only read the Buffy/Angel books or the books from Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series written by Laurell K. Hamilton. Other than those, reading sucks in my oppinion lol *hides*
 
Thats understandable,I know a load of people who dont like reading although i dont understand why
 
yeah I used to hate reading as well, but I've found out what kind of books I like so I read a ton more now. Plus its one of the only things I have to do here besides be on the computer.

I love L.J Smith, Cate Tiernan (her Sweep series is awsome!) my favorite author would be Barbara Micheals she also writes under the name Elizabeth Peters and Barbara Mertz but I only like her books under Barbara Micheals and one series under Elizabeth Peters. I have also recently become a fan of Christine Feehan.
 
I always have a book on hand for when I get some free time. I prefer the classics myself, although I have read several modern horror/supernatural novels, Stephen King used to be a favourite of mine. I'm currently reading Peter Camenzind by Hermann Hesse.

Me too! Did you ever read «North Kingdoms»? That's what I'm reading currently!
 
I think Books are ok...Id rather watch the movie of it though...I read Angel/Buffy Books and Harry Potter but thats about it..
 
The same with me and I'm proud of myself-I was the first person in my city to get that book via air mail from UK!!!!
