Does anyone remember the first ever episode they watched of buffy that got them hooked?

Unfortunately i didnt see wtthm when it was first on but the eppy that i first ever saw was Bewitched, bothered and bewildered, ive been hooked ever since (about 6 years now).

Just a thought i had last night, couldnt sleep, let me know🙂

Whats My Line Part 1.

When Buffy and Angel were on the ice rink and Buffy kissed Angel in vamp face. That was what got me completed hooked.
 
i think it was like becoming pt 1 or it was prophecy girl, i cant remember
 
Rayne insistantly started to shove it down my throat, until I swallowed! j/k! She had mentioned it to me on numerous occassions. She told many a tale of Buffy and her vampire/demon adventures, especially the ones with Spike! 😉

I always said that I would sometime watch them just for her. So, finally after over a year ( at least), I finally took home S1 and started to watch it! I was hooked from the very first eppisode! Thank you Rayne, I luv you! 🙂 🙂 🙂
 
Well, after managing to completely miss out on seeing even a single episode of Buffy while it was on the air (I mildly liked the movie, but not enough to make me want to see a tv version...silly me), I happened to hear a really interesting radio interview with Joss Whedon that was hyping the series finale. It made me curious enough to pick up Season 1 on DVD. And when I finished Season One I was impressed enough to pick up Season 2. By the time Buffy killed Angel and ran away at the end of season 2, I wasn't just hooked...I was in absolute awe.
 
My first episode was Angel-I liked the episode (mostly I liked DB 😉 ) but I still wasn't hooked. I watched sporadically until Surprise and Innocence aired. When Angelus emerged, I was hooked! I couldn't believed that Joss had turned a MAIN charachter EVIL! Haven't missed an episode since-and caught up on all the ones I had 😀
 
Welcome to Hellmouth was the fisrt I watched,..I was zapping and I saw David talking with Sarah,after that I couldn't stop watchign the show(not only because of DB of course,...that was just at the begining,...the ep taht really hooked me was Angel)...the rest is history
 
The first episode I saw was Blood Ties. I was kind of confused about Dawn being a key and Glory so I had to tune in to see the next week's episode. Well, after The Body aired I was completely hooked. Eventually, FX started re-running them so I caught up. And I've been a fan ever since. 😀
 
The first ep I remember seeing was earshot, and I know that hush got me hooked. I was a little too young to watch it before that. When I was little I used to play Buffy with my friends who were addicted to it, that's probably what got me interested because I had never really watched it.
 
Hooked from the very first episode that ever aired, the very first time it aired! 🙂
 
The first ep I've ever watched was "I Robot, You Jane" in the reruns, but I was hooked since maybe "Surprise" in the reruns. S6 was airing at the time. It's so rare to find someone who was hooked from Day 1, redslayer!
 
My sister said that the best ever Buffy episode was on, so I sat down to watch Hush. It was a little scary for me, but I gave it a second chance with Real Me. There was a lot of chemistry between the cast and Harmony and Spike were really funny. I just loved it.
 
Welcome to the Hellmouth, first time it aired. I loved the movie when it first came out, and was excited for a tv show. I've been loving it ever since then.
 
I watched Buffy sporadically from it's inception. I had seen the movie and while I didn't love it I still was kind of interested when the show started. I would say I watched about 20%-30% of the episodes from Season 1 through 4. The ep that got me watching every week was Season 5's "Out of My Mind", the one where Spike and Harmony kidnap the Initiative doctor who's supposed to fix Riley. After the end of the episode when Spike tells Buffy he loves her in his dream and then wakes up and says "Oh God no" I had to know what was going to happen next. What really locked me in for good was the five eps that finished the season, "Intervention", "Tough Love", "Spiral", "Weight of the World", and my all-time fave Buffy ep "The Gift". After that I was so fired up for Season 6;I just couldn't wait for it to start. Then it switched to UPN. My cable company didn't carry the local UPN affiliate so I didn't see a current episode again until halfway through Season 7 when I got Dish Network and got the local channels through them. Fortunately it was about the time Buffy switched to UPN that FX started showing the syndicated reruns and I was able to get my Buffy fix(and not go totally insane) and to catch up on everything from the beginning.

LOL me tooo!! my friend told me about it, and at first i thought it was stupid 😱 ..but then I started watching..and now here i am COMPLETELY OBSESSED😀
 
heheh FX is what got me hooked too, the first ep i had ever seen was the Gift, talk about a deep episode to start a show on, i kinda sparadically watched it at first, and then I decided I was going to watch Buffy everyday. And I was so hooked when I saw Becoming 1 I was thought it was so so good, But then I saw Becoming 2 the next day, and I was Like HOLY SH**, ever since then I've been totally obsessed and on a crusade to get everyone I know addicted to the show, I know I know, I must be crazy, But I've only been watching it for a little over a year.

I must say though I feel cheated that I didn't start watching it sooner.
 
My friend had the episode Surprise on tape, ive been hooked ever since. Although i dont really talk to her anymore its something ill always remember her by, getting me hooked on Buffy, and ill thank her for it till i die! lmao
