Do you remember!!!

I've watched it from the begining, without fail, however, I don't think that I was trully hooked untill Bad Eggs. Why that ep? I have no idea, not one of the best (not one of the worst), I think that it really illustrated what Buffy was about though.... Her home life, and school life conflicting, the pressure of high school....

Anyway, by the time I saw Becomming pt.2, I was a wreck. Cried Myself to sleep "But it was soooooo beautiful.....bluber...."

Halloween was the first episode I saw of Buffy, and since seeing that I have been hooked!!!

Oh gosh, I will always remember that.
At the time, I had friends who told me bout BtVS, always saying it was a great show & all, & I was like, hmm, don't wanna watch that, it might be crappy.
And one day, I turn on the TV, late in the night, & it was just the moment when B. kills Angel in Acathla, like the 5 minutes when she talks to him etc. & I was like gosh !!! It seems great !!!
From this day, I couldn't wait to see what would happen next, & the first epi I saw from the beginning to the end was 'Anne'.

Well I've watched the show since first episode and haven't missed any after that but I think that it was Angel that really got me hooked... ::heart:: 🙂

I didn't do mine Sexy Babe, Faithy did it, & she is very very very good with doing banners. I'm so fond of this one I have now, lol
Ask her if u wanna her to do one for u, I think she would be ok to do it.

The first episode of Buffy I watched was Surprise. I was flicking through the channels and it was on Sky 1. I was hooked from the start, and that episode turned me into a Bangel shipper!!

I think that i started watching it when season 3 started and then i was just hooked i had to watch all of them and go back and find the season 1 and 2 episodes that i had missed. but i acnt remember exactly which episode it was LOL.

I saw an ad for 'Welcome to the hellmouth' on Sky and was hooked by the title of 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer' and never missed an episode.

I think I've told this story before, but here goes...I was watching a show on our sci-fi network here (Space), and I'd tape it since I work shifts and couldn't always catch it. My tapes ran overtime a bit, so I got this wicked cool theme song for the show that followed the show I was taping. I let the tape run for an extra hour, since the show intrigued me...it was about this vampire who helped people...I quickly realized that I needed some background on these characters, and I knew from surfing by Buffy that they came from there. Lucky for me a local station started showing Buffy from ep 1 on Saturday nights (late). I didn't want to start watching the current Buffy season without the previous ones, but I had heard a lot of buzz about the musical ep, so I happened to be home the night it aired, and I watched it. Shoot me, stuff me, mount me...

Actually I hooked in by accident. We were just watching this other show that had ended and we let it on. They aired Welcome to the Hellmouth... and before you know it, you have 5000+ post on one of the biggest Buffy-orientated boards.

The first episode I saw was "Halloween"

Then I continued to watch the rest of them, and I saw the preview for "surprise" and that was it. I knew then that I was hooked.

I actually was hooked when I saw the first episode on its premier. Although I was 8 and didn't understand some of the things they were talking about, I really liked it.

the first episode I saw was the very first one.. I watched it whenever I could from then on out.. Feels like I grew up with buffy n the gang, lol.
Also, Akasha, I see you asked about a banner, and it was a while ago and you have a very cool banner now, but I didn't know you were interested till tonight when frenchy told me, lol. So if you ever want a banner later on I'd be happy to , I need the practice, lol. Other wise I will just take it as a complement that you liked Frenchys, and leave it at that.
Ciao all

I've told the story before, so here is the short version...
...hotel room in Vegas, spring 1997...Mrs. P tired and jet-lagged - asleep...me watching TV with sound turned down low - channel surfing...came across BTVS first ep...had heard they were making a TV show from a so-so film that had potential so watched it...started watching back home when BBC started showing it...haven't stopped since. I don't know if it was the first showing of the first ep when I saw it but it musta been pretty close...

Hmmm, good question!!I'd watched on and off for the first 3 series but Something Blue just made me laugh so hard and often!!I was hooked and have since seen every episode about 4 times........
