Do you think The First in Warren's form came to Amy?

Do you think that The First in Warren's form came to Amy and manipulated her making her turn against as being an ally of The Scoobies?

Plus remember Amy said in "The Killer in Me"

"It's About Power". The First in the end of "Lessons" had said that when he was taunting Spike in the school's basement, anybody remember that line?

So whatya think? do you think The First in Warren's form came to Amy and manipulated her into Evil and stopped her from being one of Buffy's allies against The First? Because remember they only had one Witch aka Willow in their house and she wasn't that powerful anymore.

So if they had needed more magical help they would have gone to the UC Sunnydale Coven or Amy for help. But The First stopped that from happening and turned Amy against them.

What do you think of my theory? I don't like the idea of Warren and Amy dating so I don't think of that as canon to the TV Series imo

Definitely an interesting idea, can't really see any major thing wrong with it, other than why would the first choose to be Warren? Amy wouldn't even know him?

On the issue of Amy not knowing Warren, isn't it explained in Season 8 that Amy was watching Warren because she was watching Willow as well?

Good point, although it kinda ruins the original theory, as Amy had real Warren, so why would the first appear as Warren. It seems that they didn't put much thought into warren post-flaying, the fact that the first can appear as Warren is a clear example of this.

I don't think Warren had anything to do with Amy turning against the Scoobies. I think she was corrupted by the power magic could give her, and driven against Willow by jealousy.
