Do You Trust Kennedy?

There's lots of important stuff that happens in the background of Buffy we never get to see. Willow's witch training in England would be an example.

I have a strange opinion as regards the Kennedy issue. I wonder if anyone else feels the same way.

I don't care for the Kennedy character, but I'm impressed by the actress who plays her. I don't think you could ask any more from her, yet the character just doesn't click.

Again I say, "Kennedy is no Tara".

No, no, no ... I love Tara, have a serious crush on Amber ... and I'm pretty much a T/W shipper.

But, no two relationships are the same, no two persons are the same! I personally don't think that one loves only one type of person, but a lot of different types of persons ... so it doesn't really mater that they are two different kinds of persons, I personally think they would have gotten along very well, Tara and Kennedy ... same goes for Oz and Kennedy and Tara and Oz!

Love does make you do crazy things but I don't think that Kennedy loves Willow. Nor does Willow love Kennedy. They may have some feelings for eachother, but Willow has only loved Oz and Tara. Also, as a potential she has a responsibility to be with the group and train and do the things they do and stuff. So I think they should've forced her to go along with them on the Spirit Quest thing, if she were really sick it wouldn't have made that huge of a diffrence.

And yeah, Tara and Oz would've gotten along. Not so sure about Tara and Kennedy. Tara would've been more sympathetic towards her but true friendship wouldn't really occur.

well, yeah i agree that they dont love each other, YET. they only just met a few weeks ago, we gotta give em time like she had with tara and oz. oz and tara were both really laid back and reserved, kennedy is a change for willow, since she's so spirited and confident. and she was pretty aggressive when she came on to her too. of course no one can replace oz or tara, but i think willow could get along with kennedy just fine.......
 
It's kind of interesting... I was just reading the anti-Kennedy posts at the other forums. They're all anxious to see what's going to happen when
Faith get's to Sunnydale

Is she going to tolerate Kennedy's "I'm so tough" attitude.

That will be interesting to see. The two are very much alike in temperament but very different in other respects. Could make for some fireworks of one sort or another.
 
maybe Faith can slaughter Kennedy.

It would be one time that I actually would like Faith, no offense Faith lovers.

I know, me too, it was a very Buffy-like thing to do and I don't want her to become another pain in the ass like Buffy, so she should stop trying to impress Buffy, because I think that is the worse thing about her!
 
She's definitely got more of a sense of entitlement than Tara did, and isn't anywhere near as helpful or cool as Oz was to start off. (When the Scoobies told him about vampires on his first date with Willow, for instance, all he said was "Actually, it explains a lot.") As I've said before, I'm glad the reality of Willow's powers shook Kennedy up as much as it did.
