Question Does anyone in the Buffyverse remember Jasmine except Team Angel?

There was a policeman that was suicidal on top of the roof that kept on saying that he lost something but forgot what it was. That's when Connor saved him from killing himself. So this policeman forgot who Jasmine was? There was also no mention of her after Season 4.
