Does anyone know how to make screencaps

Does anyone know how to make screencaps, Like if I wanted to use my DVD's to make screencaps, how would I do that, do I need some program or something.... please

i guess youd have to have a dvd rom and movie maker and i dont know what else you would do

well there are diffenrt ways to make screencaps.

if you have a program called power DVD you can just copy and paste but if you like me and have intell you have to get a program that im looking for i have no clue what its called but you could also by something for it but its really expencive

I have a DVD Rom in my laptop. All I have to do is put in my DVD, pause it when I want to cap, hit ALT and PRINT SCREEN. Then I paste it into a graphics program like Adobe Photoshop, where you can size it, convert it, etc.

I have a DVD program called PowerDVD which has its own snap-shot function. You should check whether your program has that.

Someone I know had a program that took screencaps every x seconds, which would be useful but he has never told me the name. Ill try and find out.

I got it with the DVD player, what you do is press C and then it automatically puts the cap into the my pictures folder!

It came with the pc, when I bought it, but I think you can d/load it off K-Lite/KaZaA, but I'm pretty sure that there's other legally free programs that can make screencaptures aswell, if I'm not mistaken BS Player should have that ability!
