Does anyone remember the Buffy website around S7 time?

It was really well made and had an awesome layout. I just remember some bits and pieces, but they had facts from old episodes, the video trailers of the episodes coming up or that have past, and a whole bunch of other interesting things.

If memory serves me correctly, the layout had the whole cast standing there and the back round color was kind of a turquoise color and it had the UPN symbol in the upper corner or something. I use to visit that website all the time, if it was just reading episodes recaps or looking at the cool photos they added, and i think they had a chat room too, that i am not 100% sure on.

On the night of the S7 premiere, i was visiting the website before hand, and i saw that they said James Marsters would be doing a special half hour opening and closing before the episode on UPN. So initially i was pretty bummed, because I watched Buffy on "The New VR" which is a Canadian network, i didn't have UPN. But then i found out you could just watch it streaming right there from the Official Buffy website, and i was so psyched for it lol. I don't recall much of it, but at the time it was cool.

Anyway does anyone else have any memories of the Official Buffy website? If any of you actually have any pictures of it, it would be really cool to check those out.

well if you Google Buffy boards there a site with loads of old screen prints of the main page of the Boards going back to 2003 i think and board traffic information, very interesting.

There is a Buffy website, BuffyWorld -- A complete guide to all of the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel" episodes . Is that the one you're talking about? Or....not? Lol.

I do remember they had some cool logo things for the characters, like they were designed like cards, it would have a pic of the character and then what they were Buffy - The Slayer, Willow - The Witch, etc.

Going back to the WB time, I can only remember a little about the original site, it was black with he Buffy Gif image in the center, with the logo as a light flashed behind it, I have it on my PC somewhere. Then each section had an image and a sound when you rolled the mouse over it, I remember 1 was a chalice, and when you put the mouse on it, fire erupted fro it.

I was a member of the official Buffy web site from about April or May of 2002 until sometime in 2005. I was "Wwite Avenger" on there (because of a typo). The thing that I remember most about the site was that we started a campaign shortly after "Wrecked" aired to get Spike a soul. Since, supposedly, the site was monitored by people from the network, I always wondered if we had any influence on the actual decision.
