Later, in Angel, she was turned Half-demon. So I bet she's stronger than most regular human females now, strength wise. Angel also taught her some fighting moves.

I think that Angel probably helped train Cordelia to make her a stronger fighter. Being in LA and doing what they did as Angel Investigations, I'm sure Cordelia got at least a little stronger, physically.
Emotionally, I feel that Cordelia got a little weaker after she got the visions. I think that it broke her down a little bit, to be able to see and feel other people's pain and it softened her just a little bit.
