Does Fred have a crush on Willow? (Orpheus)

I always hoped they would have paired Fred and Willow to make it
Frillow instead of Killow.
But i always wonder would Fred have turned into Illyria if she paired with Willow?
 
Will def thought Fred was cute, but i think in a harmless way. Cuz you know, she had stuff going on with Kennedey (*gag*) And Fred i think had like... a crush in the non attracted way? like, you know how guys have mancrushes on each other because they look up to them or think they are cool or whatever... I think fred had a womancrush on her, just admiring her knowledge and enjoying the fact that she could talk about certain things with someone else for a change.
