His name is Ben Lawson and he's an actor. He was in Don't Trust The B!tch in Apt. 23.

He does look similar. If I were casting a Buffy reboot, I would definitely give him a look. But a lot of what made Spike special was that he had the acting chops to get what was originally going to be a five-episode presence extended to become one of the main characters. I would look for that rockstar quality you find in the best lead singers, where when he is on the screen, you just can't look away.

I think it's the cheek bones that remind you of James. Other than that I don't see many similarities.
