Actually the swedes were first to pick it up in 1997. But I guess our version of the whole thing isn´t that big anywhere but here. 😉 But who knows? Maybe the popularity it got here "helped" the concept as a whole.


Todays tv is worse than ever? I wouldn´t say that. But I´m far from an expert. I will say though that there´s a lot more "crap" on tv but we do have many more channels now so it feels like it was bound to happen. Has the quality gone down? Perhaps but I still watch and want to watch a lot (too many) shows but I can agree with that I don´t find a show that I´m totally in love with and just have to watch. But maybe that´s more a sign of "growing up" on my part. Or is it maybe the fact that most of my life I´ve had to watch a show when it aired on tv or it´ll take forever to see that episode again? Not like the kids (well everyone of us) of today have that problem...
 
IMO YES! i loved the 90's TV the only thing i really watch now that's current is BONES theres nothing new
but stupid pointless reality shows and dumb dramas.
But i might give Ghost Whisperer and Supernatural a chance.
