I'm in the process of house breaking a new puppy, and I was just wondering...

Are you a dog person, or a cat person?

Regardless of the answer above, does your pet sleep with you?
 
I am a dog person and no, he does not sleep with me. He has a house outside with vents and insulation. Lol.
 
i'm a dog person...hate cats, can't stand them at all.

no, my dog does not sleep with me. she has her own house in the back yard. well, actually, my dad has sort of turned the back yard into her house. seriously, she has a living room, and a seperate place where she sleeps. it's scary.

Dog person, hands down....plus cat hair gives me really bad hayfever.

My dogs live at my parents house (I'm in a no-pet unit) and they sleep wherever they feel like sleeping...as long as it's outside. Infact under my parents house is now just like a big doggie den.
 
Dogs are trainable and overall good. Cats are just the devils pet. My wife will not let me get a paint ball gun to train the neighbourhood cats from using my yard as there own toilet! Something about animal cruelty??? They have dug up my gardens, peed on my plants, took a dump on my garage roof but the worst they ever did was after I painted the garage door and front door and the next day a damn cat sprayed my newly painted doors.
 
I'm a major cat person as is my boyfriend though we both love dogs... My cat lives down in alabama cause i wasn't able to transport her up here with me, and i've adopted both my boyfriends cats... when i'm down in alabama my cat sleeps with me, and up here my boyfriends cats sleep with us sometimes lol. depending on their moods, if they wanna be petted or not lol
 
Definitely a cat person. Yes my cat does sleep in the same room as me and sometimes he comes and sleeps at my feet in bed. I like knowing he's there at times as living on your own is lonely and ScarY!
 
I'm allergic to fur 🙁 *sniffs* As a child I loved dreaming of a doggy but that would never happen I guess. Now by some strange reason I'm kind of scared of dogs and cats it's really a pathetic thing!

As for cats I don't like their personality traits 🙂 They ALWAYS have secret motives and have no respect to privacy just as long as they get what they want 😀 Dogs are so much more energetic and umm open-hearted..
 
Both. I think cats and dogs are FAR more intelligent than given credit for, and that interests me. I don't have any pets right now though....and I would never sleep with one.

If I do I'd either get a smaller dog or a cat. Maybe a cat, because they're more independent and you don't have to feel obligated to always show them attention. But hopefully six years from now I'll have like 13 kids so I won't need a pet. 😉
 
I'm a dog person. My dog is so adorable 😀

And yes, he does sleep on my bed, because he is a little yorkshire terrier...and my room is the warmest 🙂
 
Both. I can't choose. I have 3 cats and 3 dogs and I love them all equally. Two of the dogs don't sleep with me because one is a rottweiler and the other is a shepard mix. So the backyard is their home. But two of the cats and one dog sleeps with me. It's really a sight to behold. Me, my husband, my daughter and our animals piled onto one queen size bed. I usually don't get a whole lotta sleep.: erm :

Don't they have king sized beds where you live? Or maybe you've never heard the expression, "Three dog night".

Both but cats more, I have one cat, he soemtimes sleeps at the end of my bed but he usually sleeps in his own bed which is on the floor next to mine.

If cats looked like frogs we would relise what evil bastards they are!!!
 
I prefer cats to dogs. Dogs are loud.

Rabbits are the best though.

I have owned several pets, never through my own choice, just bad circumstances creeping up on me.

Animals generally seem to be scared of me though.
