Dollhouse Opening Theme

Ah, Jonatha Brooke. Joss is a huge fan, ain't that right? It's OK. If this show's gonna have typical, modern FOX opening credits, we'll hear about 10-15 seconds of this song, right?

Good to see all that new footage.
 
sweet, a definite PLUS in the Dollhouse watchability column.
 
I don't like it much...I hope this is more of a promotional song rather than the actual credits song.
 
I liked the clips, but the song was a bit annoying to me and kind of distracting to me. *ducks heavy objects*
 
So this is the theme? It definitely is not on par with any of the previous Joss show themes.

Buffy =Classic
Angel= Badass
Firefly= Badass

Dollhouse = indifferent

It reminds me of the Tru Calling them in the sense that you have a lady singing similarly but it doesnt have the "oomph of the TC theme"
 
Oh my gosh, it's really bad. I liked the song/instrumental used in the first trailer a lot better. I guess they're looking for something different? Well, it's pretty sad how some horrible songs grow on you, maybe this one will.
 
I really really like this song, hopefully it they do use it and it's not promotional. so good 😀
 
I actually like it. I think it's a good song. Not sure how I'll feel about it once it's been cut for the actual credits, but as of right now, I think it's good.

It was awesome to see all that new footage, I cannot wait for this to start now. Although God knows when I'll see it! lol

I've seen worse, the song is quite good and the clips they've used are awesome I love the ones of Eliza kicking butt, but its missing a bit of a kick in the actual song itself.

Cause i liked that one
 
It wasn't great for that set of clips (well, until the very end anyway), but I can see it going well as a theme song. It would be much more thoughtful and artsy than, say, Buffy's teenage rock but I can see it working with a slower montage.

That said, I don't think it will be the actual theme.
 
I hate it. I hope that's not the final theme. I would have expected something alot more ambient and creepy sounding. Baws, total baws.
 
Slightly OT, but in the wishful thinking department, just between 2:17, and 2:18, I thought I saw a flash of James Marsters. Looked like Spike anyway.

buffy theme song = 10/10
angel theme song = 7/10
firefly theme song = 5/10
dollhouse theme song = 9/10

i actually thing the dollhouse theme is very fitting for the show. it seems to capture everything necessary.

*very giddy and ready for friday night*
