Dollhouse Trailer

Thanks for finding that for me TabulaRasa, I was to late for the other one!

It looks interesting but I don't know how sold I'll be till I watch. Eliza isn't my favourite Buffyverse actress, but I would love to see her acting go beyond 'the slightly bad girl'. I'm just hoping it will be available in Australia in some form or another before 2010.

Agreed. Papyrus can't be for the actual show. Totally inappropriate 🙂 That made the promo feel kind of slapped together, amateurish to me. Maybe it was a nod to Serenity or something.

This other clip you found...very interesting scene with Paul and..."Miss Vickers". That's Echo's twin, or is it Echo...what's going on there? A good scene for Eliza. Fun, noirish music.

i dunno, it looks fan made from the beginning, which would explain the snippet from buffy. so this isn't actually a release from Fox, just a fan putting it together?
 
I dunno, i guess it just seemed so rushed together, especially the first version. maybe it was leaked too early. it looked like a bad editing job someone did on IMovie or something.
 
Yeah so i noticed. Youtube said something about it being pulled by a third part (Fox, i presume).

Probably something like the Buffy unaired pilot...something we were never intended to see.
 
nice!! and i finally understand the idea behind the show. i'd read about it but never got it. i think it looks excellent. will definitely watch it
 
Earlier in the thread someone said Joss was a douchebag...I kind of agree, I think he's a little full of himself, but I think when it comes to writing he's pretty much a genius, and I think "Dollhouse" looks like a real keeper...I think it could very easily become Joss's best series, just based on the trailers and what I've read...it seems a lot darker and more philosophical than his other stuff which I think is a good thing.

I really hope this can average something FOX can be happy with.

Also, the second trailer is still pretty poorly made. It was better than the first one, but still, not great (and the first one had much better music.) Times New Roman is better than Papyrus, but it's still pretty dang unprofessional. And they used that "Did I fall asleep?" clip twice again.

is adelle dewitt that woman who was explaining everything in the beginning with the accent? yeah, she does seem interesting. i utterly cant wait to watch this now!!!!
