Douglas Petrie (Credits) is going over to CSI according to Mike Ausello from TV Guide.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum Douglas Petrie has been brought onto the writing staff and given what my source calls "a very free hand" to bring a wilder take to the storytelling.
