There are several sites (HULU is one, but there are others) who show various tv series. I suppose that you could download from them, I've never tried. It would be about the same thing as downloading a program from your tv, I think. As long as you only keep it for your own use there shouldn't be a problem. At least I don't THINK that there would. Seems to be a lot of trouble, though, when you can buy them legally on ebay so cheaply.

I know there are some seasons you can download on iTunes. My iTunes isn't working at the moment, but you could check there, they seemed fairly cheap the last time I was looking!

Nevermind, I had my hubby check on his computer and he said don't seem to have any Angel on iTunes yet.....just Buffy.
But check Hulu!

Also there is some that play on TNT. I don't know if you're in the US, but Angel plays every morning Monday - Saturday most of the time at 6 and 7 EST. Sometimes they play 3 episodes 5, 6 and 7 am, you just gotta check your local listings.

I hear you can download episodes of Buffy from the Playstation Network. Which means they'll even work on your PS3 and PSP. Not sure how much though, i can't download the program needed to view the Playstation Network
