I noticed something last week in the premier episode of the new "Dracula" TV series. The katana that he uses in the sword fight (no explanation given as to why a Romanian noble would be using a supposedly Japanese sword instead of some European type) is a copy of the sword used by Mario Van Peeples as Kane, the villain in the third "Highlander" movie, with the one exception being that the hilt of Dracula's version is white instead of the original black.
Here is a photo of "Dark Magic," as it appeared in "Highlander 3." If you ask me, it would have been more appropriate to the character if they had kept it the original color.
