This isnt a place to say "Last night I dreamt..." or "You dream means..." its a place to talk about dreams in general.

I love dreaming, its so great. Its like your mind making a little movie while you sleep or something. I really want a Lucid dream (where you control it) but I've never had one.

Also, has anyone ever had continous dreams. For example I once dreamt my mate had another floor to his house which was huge and the other day my dream mentioned that. Its kinda like in Buffy where they refer to old eps. Anyone else experience this, my mates dont.
 
My hubby has lucid dreams occassionally. He likes to make himself fly 🙂

I've had continuous dreams like that sometimes. Hell, one time, I had a dream that continued every day for a week. I'm writing a manuscript about the idea now 😀
 
I look forward to dreaming. I really like it!
I havent enjoyed it that much for the past couple of weeks becuase of a reccuring dream Ive been having :scary!:
 
lol,i can have really disturbing dreams,but usually dreaming is cool
 
I just love my dreams.I'm really good at Lucid ones. Before sleep I think what I would like to sleeep about and in 95% it's what I'm dreaming.You can say that I have a continous dreams due to the fact that I created some kind of different dimension(I know it sound stupid) and almost every dream takes place there.
 
I have Lucid dreams, but its REALLY rare!
I remember one time, I was like, playing chess with all my friends, (them being the chess pieces) and I could control what they did.
I can make myself float aswell, its a really freaky feeling, but I can do it!
 
I love the dreams that are re-occuring, but different everytime. I also love the dreams where characters from shows are with me doing stuff I am.

and then theres those dirty dreams that I.......

Dreaming is interesting and sometimes very good! I could say that I enjoy dreaming, but then that also means I'm not sleeping as well I should be, which is not a good thing!

I do enjoy those times when you are fading in and out of sleep and dreaming at the same time. I take that opportunity, almost involuntarily, to control my dreams and create what I wish.
 
oK OK. WHERE THE HELL AM I? is this Angels Investigations?? cause it says that at the top. but something is happening to my browser on this site and different links lead to diferent places. or so it seems. I have no idea where the hell I'm posting. for all I know its in that cultural thing and no one can understand me....wait a sec these posts belong to that threa OH WHAT THE ####? I swear I;m being hacked. There arn't any viruses on this site are there? CAN ANY MOD INWHICHEVER THREAD I'M IN HELP????
 
Gotta agree Chas - that weird awake/sleep state when you can exact a little bit of control on dreams that didn't start out as lucid...that's really cool.

Doesn't happen to me very often though. It's extremely rare that i remember dreaming, even right as I first wake up. I only remember maybe one or two dreams a year, and even then I tend to forget them after I've been awake a half hour or so.

Maybe that's why I have such an active daytime imagination....gotta get that dreaming in sometime! 🙂
 
Man, all I HAVE are vivid dreams! I love to dream and all but too often than not I wake up feeling like I've been hit by a truck...they seem so real that I beliveve they are happening. Which sucks considering I never sleep a night where I'm not getting chased by someone or something...and lots of agression and screaming...I need an outlet...
 
I don't usually have lucid dreams, even though I've had a couple. But most of mine are in the first person pov, where I see everything through my eyes. Those scare me the most, because most of the time, it's a nightmare about myself being killed or one of my friends
 
My friend says that if you die in dreams, then you die in real life, but if you're dying in your dream and you wake up in the middle of it, you don't die. Is this true?

Here's a dream I've talked about before. When I was away at camp for a week back in March and there wasn't a TV, I couldn't watch the brand-new 'Angel' ep "Salvage." The cabin leaders make sure that everyone gets into bed at 9 PM 'cause everybody has to wake up early. That Wednesday night, I dreamt of Faith escaping from jail and Wesley with her (I had read the spoilers for the ep). Of course, the actual ep looked a bit different from my dream. I must've been thinking about 'Angel' too much. Weird.

Nah, I don't think so. When I was a wee 'un I used to dream that I died all the time. I even went to my own funeral a couple times - it was a pretty swank affair, although a little more sombre than I tend to like my parties.
 
dreams are cool.. well i love walking up and have had a dream, cos it's not always i remember, i can remember when i wake up, but if i don't talk about it right away, or go through the dream with myself then 5 mins later *Pooof* gone with the wind.

i do have dreams that continue, their cool...
and i have had dreams where i've thought in the dream, "This isn't real, i'm a sleep and this is a dream!"
and i'v had dreams that have faded into reality and then back into a dream! Like you wake up and you're still stuck in the dream, then you fall a sleep again..

i had a teacher in high school(i had him in pyscology for 2 years he was the head teacher of my class, and i had him in english and norwigan.. herm, anyways) he told the class ones of a dream where he'd been in a room, with lots of books in'em, and he had thought, after a bit of time that; man i'm in a dream. let's see what i can do, let's go peek at does books over there.. he told us that he lovbed it, cos he could do waht he wanted he was free to chose in the dream, and he knew that it was just a dream... BTW one of the books was black 😉
