Since I have been living and breathing buffy lately (its pretty much all I wanna watch, read, listen to and talk about, I keep promising my friends Ill quit it soon but no such luck yet!) its seeped into my dreams!. For no reason at all buffy actors are making guest appearances in my dreams, mostly SMG and James Marsters (not in a sexy way!), I cant really remember anything that specific, I have a vague memory of dreaming I was at a party and spike was trying to kill us all!, and sometimes the dreams have nothing to do with them they are just randomly there!. Boy I really should lay off shouldn't I? lol! so anyone else have this problem?

Haha yeah, I have Buffy-esque dreams all the time. Too many to count, really.

A few weeks ago, though, I had a dream I was leading the potential slayers away from the ubervamp on a train in Chicago, but it caught up and for some reason it survived in the day, but died at night, so we were counting down the hours until nightfall. Totally weird.

And yesterday, I fell asleep reading my Angel Season 6 comics and Angel & Wesley made a guest appearance in which I was helping them fight something.

I've had even more crazy and vivid Buffy-esque dreams, but I can't remember at the moment. But, you're definitely not alone there~

All the VooDoo Doll paintings came from a very odd "Buffy" dream with tiny stop-motion claymation VooDoo dolls running around Sunnydale. It was a GREAT dream!

Oh, and I think during the dream there was a rumor that Willy was getting it on with the Buffy Bot someplace else.

wow! that sounds awesome! and ill have to add it to my list of "100 things i didnt know about Dlou's voo-doo dolls". 1. they're voodoo dolls. :P
Thats so weird coz i saw a voodoo doll in my dream to. he was peeking through the window, and itold him to go away. this really happened

Ooh, TK you beat to me to it. I was gonna post the old threads! 😉 Haha.

But yeah, ItMustBeBunnies, we've all been there. I don't have Buffy-related dreams, but someone from Buffy will just turn up in a totally normal, reality based dream of mine. I've had dreams of family parties where Anya has turned up asking where to put her coat. It's so very random. But I guess it's the unfortunate side effect of being Buffy Obsessed. They should really put a warning label on the DVD covers like they do on medication bottles:

Side Effects May Include: Lack of sleep due to watching marathons, Buffy invasive dreams, a tendency to use words such as 'sitch' and 'wiggins', excessive quoting of the show in your daily life....

I don't dream about Buffy enough, wish I was. But I do remember 2 dreams I've had: In one of them the whole cast came to my neighborhood, just walking in the paths. The other one... okay that's dirty... James came to my home town and there was sort of a "rule" where we (the girls in my town) could do anything we wanted to him. So my friend (who doesn't even like Buffy) had her turn. Don't remember what happened exactly, but the dream was over before I had my turn with him ):

Well I still don't remember any of my dreams, may they be Buffy related or not 🙁 I have no idea why that is, but I never got much of my dreams into my consciousness (anyone got an explanation for that? because I'm still looking for one). Some years ago, when I was 13, I had a Sarah Michelle Gellar dream once, though. She was going from house to house selling something. Completely random, lol.

I've had Buffy dreams with mostly Spike and I'm peved Giles didn't make an appearance.

I've been rewatching Angel again and I've had Lorne and Wesley dreams.

My friend's always having Buffy dreams since I lent him the complete collection boxset. I remember he went to some other country and the cast were just there in a circle waiting for him then ran off. Another, Giles was drinking tea or something. That was the dream.

People from the Buffy cast show up in practically every dream I have, but it always seems perfectly normal. And I always wind up gushing about James Marsters' cheekbones. I guess his hotness fills my subconscious.

I only remember two dreams that were centered around something Buffy-related, but I can recall having more earlier...in one, it was me, Spike, and Tara, and we decided we wanted to go out for Italian food for some reason. The weirdest thing about it wasn't the utter randomness, but the fact that the Italian restaurant looked like a Best Buy with boxes of spaghetti on the shelves. The other one was about Willow being terrified of walking across a bridge (I don't know why), and me, Fred, and Giles spent the entirety of the dream trying to convince her to get across. At the end, she did. It was truly inspiring.

I know, my mind is a very strange place.

I've had Buffy dreams every night for like a year now hahaha😛 I'm just a little bit obsessed....

Yay, finally another Buffy dreams thread! :yay:

Now I can tell you about the one where Buffy complained to me that Riley has no balls. Literally. (And I kid you not, I did dream that and saw the guy's predicament with my own eyes. :lmao🙂 I put him into a machine to replace several organs and rewrite his memory (also arranged for some testicle donation, lol) - and when he came out of that machine, he looked like Angel (only with Frankensteiny scars all over his skin).

Oh my... hahahahahaha!!!!
Oh yeah, I dream about the Buffy folks a lot. Just last night, Spike was my lover. god it was a great dream! I was actually pissed off when I woke up... 🙄

I probably have had dreams about Buffy people but I can't remember a lot right now. Although I do remember one quite random dream I had of season 8 Dracula. He was in my work practicing his sword skills in the warehouse while I was trying to work around him - he was getting in my way a lot, hehe.

sometimes i fall into a real deep sleep where no dreams can occour at all but when i'm sleeping lighter and dreaming theres always somethin buffy related in there even if i've not watched or read anything buffy related for a while.

my weirdest one i've had would have to be where i was on a game show where i had to film an episode and i had to be all the characters (its really hard to do a fight scene on your own lolz). i was in and out of outfits trying to start and stop recording on a video camera whilst acting and at the end all the cast came out and showed me how an episode was really filmed

^^ thats no joke by the way 😛

Not on the Buffy relatedness at the moment but do many people have semi-prophetic dreams.

Like a few days sometimes weeks and months later you'll go through an event that you dreamed, it happens to me quite often I'll just notice little conversations and actions and different surroundings.

Now onto Buffy.

I've had Buffy related dreams but doesn't happen to often usually when I watch quite a few episodes over a few days.

I expect to be having some Firefly related dreams soon since I watched Firefly and Serenity over about 36 total hours.

Actually, come to think of it, I did have another one, that I forgot about.
For some reason, I was taking BOTH Angel and Spike with me to mass at Christmas. (See, Buffy doesn't drive ALL women from the church, some people just drag their vampires along) and my sister was all complaining to my Dad that I was allowed to bring not one, but TWO vampires to church.
Spike wasn't there yet, he was late.

By my old church there used to be a drainage ditch that was about 5 feet deep with a stream at the bottom. Oddly, in my dream it was like 100 feet. And my son suddenly disappeared down it.
So, I'm screaming to DO something and Angel's just standing there all broody saying, "I don't think I can". But, he DID hold the rope so I could shimmy down.
At the bottom I found this house that had this girl I knew in 7th grade in it. She had my son all bound and gagged and her and her "boyfriend" were holding him hostage but wouldn't tell me why. (Come to think of it, I didn't know the guy....that could have been Willy.)
Then, Spike burst in and beat the crap out of them and HE somehow did the "Wonderwoman" jump out of the ditch with me AND my son holding onto his coat.

Then.....he ate my sister.

I'm not a therapist, but I think the dream meant that Angel's a ponce and Spike's the real Champion.

I think your right....except the whole eating your sister thing!
yeah, ive had quite a few. here's an example of one of my slightly-less-weird dreams:

i was casting for a play or something, and i was onto the casting for for buffy's parents. joyce won the part of the mom, and i said she could choose the part of her husband, who was buffy's grandpa (don't' ask; it's not anything inappropriate, i'm just sketchy on the details). we went through pictures of guys, dolls of guys, and actual guys. we found the one with the perfect look for buffy's grandpa, but he was a barbie doll, so we couldn't use him. we eventually settled on a real, old man, who was a little less than perfect. then i was buffy, and i had to leave my mom (joyce) for an away-camp ski trip thing. there was snow, but it was summer, or something, and there were all these weird competition games and there were all these boards and large rubber band things hanging from the ceiling, AND hanging from the sky, for the game. i went there, but it was far away across a field, and i forgot something in my suitcase, so i had to turn back. and there is an end to this, which involves me going back and maybe seeing joyce again, but i dont remember it.
