Drusilla is a vampire who was with spike for hundreds of years. She had the pleasure of leaving Spike for a demon but even if she wanted to come back to him Spike is madly in love with Buffy and will not come back to him.

Drusilla's nickname is Dru she is a nemesis of Buffy like all other vampires and just like Spike until he fell in love with her.
