OMG I got drunk last night and went on ebay and bought series 1 and 2 of buffy (when i already have part of series 2), some other buffy video and the unofficial six new episodes of tru calling on DVD but I'm so short on money and the postage is just a female dog!!!

LOL Have you ever done anything like this or do you actually use your brain!!!
 
Fortunately I don't remember the addresses to sites like ebay when I'm drunk, lol. The only think I do online when I'm drunk is that I post embarassing things on boards, mhm, sometimes.. (Gah, it seems like such a great idea at the time...)

But yea, I never use my brain when I buy DVDs. Amazon.co.uk is my place. I have never shopped there drunk, but when I'm there I have no control over what I'm buying... It's really no good at all... (I have SO many really bad DVDs I bought just cause some actress I like that day happens to be in it... that I really wish I had never bought...)
 
I can top that. I came back from a big party last year rather intoxicated and decided to go onto play.com. It wasn't until the next morning when I checked my e-mails that I realised that I ordered all SEVEN series of Stargate SG1. I didn't even like Stargate that much.

STARGATE IS AWESOME! I still haven't seen all over season 7 though.. I want to see how Anubis rises to power. I know that he falls by... that lady fighting him as acended beings.

Unsurprisingly, I quite like Stargate now. 🙂 I no longer allow myself access to shopping sites when drunk just in case I order the Babylon 5 or Star Trek boxsets. :: wacko2

Yeah, those are just sooo expensive that, once you sobered up, you'd feel like hanging yourself with your bedsheets. I mean, I have guilt about buying Buffy DVD's. I think i would kill a man...well, no ok, not a person, but maybe like a puppy, to have all the TNG and DS9 dvds for free. Is that obsessive? I think that's a little nuts....Oh well! I'm a shameless Jean-Luc Picard groupie (hes so sexy) and I love DS9

Luckily, they were on special offer and I got the lot for about £150.

*blink, blink* I have no idea how much that is in USD, hang on gonna go convert it.....Wait wait wait. How many box sets did you manage to STEAL for 280 bucks!?!? That's like, one full series, with all the seasons. That's like, all seven seasons of DS9 or something. ARGH!!!!

YES. There were actual chracters in DS9 who had emotions and families and grief and EUGH! I love that show. I'm so pissed that I still haven't seen "Tears of the Prophets" where Jadzia Dax dies. Ok, ok, I'm going to stop before I go off into a huge tangent about why DS9 is the best Star Trek series ever.

yeah...that was a good episode...man...every character was so developed and interlaced so well...i wished they dressed jadxia in skin tight outfits...but kiera was cool...the way it ended...was so perfect...it was a great show....
Xin... oh... hope you figure out of that hon! :eyes: i haven't really done stuff like that, but i prob would have if i had money on my account(my boyf has all the money on his, since he is not a compolsive shopper.. safer that way... LOl its not so much i spend the money we NEED for bills its the savings that go...) I think that if i had doen something like taht on ebay, i'd buy all the My Little Ponys i could find, that i don't have... but i'd very likly go to amazon and do some damage there LOL : totallyo
 
I'm lucky i didnt think about kinder eggs because i am a massive collector of them and i would hae bought millions lol!!!
 
Ya i dont use my brain when shoppin for buffy stuff i mean i went out when i had gotten money for my birthday and i like bought season 5 of buffy i think and Buffy choas bleeds as well as like a david boreanaz poster, a bracelet and i bought Angel season 3 i think well needless to say i only had 60 dollars for my birthday.... my grandma paid for the rest though

(Btw yes i was drunk cause really my grandma told me that the next day cause i didn't remember i did it)
