Drusilla was a potential Slayer?

I looked up Drusilla's name in google and in the results it asked

"Was Drusilla a potential Slayer"

HUH
 
I thought about it, wanted to say no, but I guess her visions makes her more likely than most to be a potential, statistic wise. But her visions didn't seem to be about monsters or earlier slayers. Just warnings about things she would dislike happening.
 
I'm with HisMrs. She's most likely just a psychic or seer.
When the writers created the character of Drusilla, they probably hadn't even invented the 'potentials' yet.
 
I never really read Dru that way. I suppose it's possible (it's been established that Slayers have some degree of seer-like abilities), but like others have said, I just always assumed that Dru was a natural seer. Interesting question though, I always kind of wondered what would happen if a Slayer became a vampire.

Probably a mix of that crazy slayer in Angel and Faith at her worse (when she was working with the Mayor). But less cool, of course.
 
Why not ? in the first episode of buffy we can see that buffy makes stranges dreams....perhaps dru was promized to became a potential ! i think it's possible we won't never know it....

Promised to become a potential? Aren't you born a potential?
 
Wasn't us told that she was something special, not a potential but someone who has visions?

If the potentials have visions why shouldn't there be other people with special powers?
