I watched the absolute worst movie you could possibly think of earlier today ...

High School Musical

Yeah, it was pretty grotesque. Annoying Disney kids, singing badly, dancing on lunch tables, and being overly melodramatic for about ... oh, an hour and a half.

Ugh, so I'm wondering. Are there any other retarded movies I should watch out for? Cause I seriously thought this one was just about kids singing songs from musicals ... no.

OH no.

All original songs.
All ... well, all gay songs.
It's true.
Ick.

I didnt like High School Musical either.. I love Disney though.. but this would have Walt Disney rolling in his grave! hmm bad movies... I thought Jedda was pretty bad... like really bad.... what else... Vanilla Sky I thought was crap.. Ant Bully... crap... I have a list somewhere actually.. Ill post it.

Can't come online. This computer is a century old. Takes three weeks to download MSN and its not on this yet. Arrowhead Three you:)
Everyone over the age of 12 hates High School Musical, I believe. I didn't even get through 2 minutes of it. It's awful. I guess I'll make a list. No specific order here... so...

High School Musical.
Napoleon Dynamite.
Mulan II.
Ant Bully.
The Parent Trap with Lindsay Lohan. The sixties one is better.
Harry Potter 4. Eeeeeeeewww. The book made it sound so much better 🙁
End of the Spear.
Jurassic Park III. I liked the other 2, this one was just... ergh.
Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course. I love Steve Irwin, just can't stand the movie.
Scooby Doo. Just 'cause they made SMG look like an idiot.
Scooby Doo 2.

I can probably think of some more...

i like Scooby Doo 1 and 2!!! :(
Scooby Doo. Just 'cause they made SMG look like an idiot.

Have you ever seen Scooby Doo?
The brief for the movie wasn't 'Lets make SMG look like an Idiot'.
Actually IF you have seen the movie SMG comes out of it very well.
Personally I like both Scooby Doo movies because they are simple silly fun.

High School Musical.
I've not watched it BUT I never plan to because the Trailer makes it look SHITE.

Its basic premise is the decades old 'High School Jock wants to be something more than he is, so he joins Drama. Follow endless sight gags and boy falling for girl while other girl wants him. The obvious Gay character but because its Disney we can't say he likes digging for Chocolate in the uphill mine using his own tool, so we neatly pass over it.

I love some Disney movies, but i'm so bored of this mind numbing crap that it could be .....................I think i'm just gonna kill someone.

Ohh and Solaris, it bored the pants of me too.

Solaris - pants, agreed

I can see how someone would be disappointed with this movie, and the book is obviously about ten times better, but I definitely wouldn't say it's a stupid movie. It's sad that so little of the book made it to the screen, but what was actually there looked cool to me and was so much better than, sya, the first and second HP movies (so much better), at least this one didn't look as it if was made for ten year olds..

o0o0o, lookit me, lookit! This is me NOT loving Allison Man, watcha gonna do about it? Nothing! Cuz you can't! IM SUCH A REBEL ;)
the plot of the 4th film could be described as

'Harry joins the sports team and tries to get laid'

seriousely not much else happens.

atleast jarvis cocker showed up.

that made my day!

Ldaybug i loveeeddd scooby doo, and sd 2, and hp 4!! lol although

Harry potter and the prisoner of Azkaban:Crap. It didnt follow the storyline at all, and it all happened way to fast without even explaning things.

A series of unfortuante events: Dont get me wrong, it was an OK, movie and I love the books, but I thought they should have in no way put three books into one movie, that ruined alot.

Tomb Raider 2: The first one was decent, but not the best sequel, could have been alot better, and the storyline could have been written better.

Bring it on 2: I watched about 3 minutes of this movie, they don't even have the same characters or ANYTHING.

The Excorist the Beginning: First off, this movie was made too far from the original, and well the fact that it didnt have to do with much of the original movie.

May: its a horror movie, and one of the most disturbing things you will ever see, its like a wannabe independent film, only way to weird for words. It will scar you.

Aeon Flux: This movie too way to long to get to the point, and when it did it was over!

Ultravoliet: Reminded me of Aeon Flux. Nuff said.

The Ring: I found this one boring, it moved slowly, and sometimes you could get lost on not knowing whats going on, although the sequel is worth seeing.

Hairspray: What is the point of this musical?! Ok I get the point o fthe war and everything, and it being in the 60's but im sorry, they could have done just fine if they had skipped the song about touching yourself.

Kicking and Screaming: this movie was overrated from the start, everyone thought just because Will Ferrel was in it that it would be hilarious. It wasn't, well at least not entirely, and the only funny parts came from the kids, it was mostly boring.

Vanilla Sky: It was way to confusing to just sit and watch, you had to really pay attention and it was stupid.

uhh thats all I can really think of..

All I'm saying is that imo it's awesome compared to the two first movies. So if you mention HP 4 you should also mention the first two ones, 'cause they're way crappier. At least the fourth one looks cool, even though, as you say, they cut basically the whole story.

Darling Faithy
so true, the third one butchered the entire storyline! it was wayyy worse.
All I'm saying is that imo it's awesome compared to the two first movies.

Whilst the first two movies suffered terribly from lower production values, visual style and naff directing they atleast had entertaining scripts.

the fourth whilst visually stunning and nicely shot was just dull.

whilst the first two had bright colours and far to much of a 'wow oh isnt it wonderful' everything anyone used magic which was supposed to be just another part of their everyday life, they kept me interested.

whilst the fourth one had an interesting opening and closing and the middle was just not interesting.

"me harry potter me want to shag ugly girl win hogswarts sportsman of the year prize!"

This is just movies I've seen in the past month.

Mulholland Drive - If Davd Lynch is a genius then I must be god.

Mean Girls - Jesus.....

Saw 3 - Yawnworthy, predictable bilge.

I guess I prefer stunning and rather dull 🙂

I completely love Mulholland Drive..... heh

I completely love Mulholland Drive..... heh

I'm sure your love has nothing to do with the dyke love that if removed from the movie doesn't leave very much to hold it up.

Oh, yeah.. the broken narrative is so genius, give that lynch a gold star. What a guy.

Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion = Hilarious.

The Romy and Michelle sequel = DUMB. Dumb, dumb.....did I mention dumb...?

Oh, and let's not forget Grease 2. Euughh!

Actually it has got some to do with both those things. Mulholland Drive is one of those movies I can't really explain why I love it so much though, I'd totally understand people who don't, it's not one of those movies you "have" to like, but I do.
