Dushku Won't Bare All for Her Art

Watertown actress Eliza Dushku has just wrapped up work on her next film, the intriguingly titled ``Sex and Breakfast." The movie co starring Macaulay Culkin includes an orgy scene, but before you get too excited, Dushku does not bare it all. The 25-year-old actress, best known for her work on ``Buffy the Vampire Slayer," told us she doesn't take nudity lightly, and turned down a role in ``The Dukes of Hazzard" because producers wanted to include a nude scene on the DVD. But Dushku does have a sense of humor. In a new short film called ``The Last Supper," she plays a beauteous barmaid in a modern retelling of the biblical tale.

Seems to me that alot of movies rely on a beautiful woman getting a her jubblies out for the camera anyway.
If i wanted to see Tits, i'd stay at home and watch X-Factor, but when I'm in the movies, i'm there for a good story and intelligent dialogue along with some great cinematography....not to watch Michael Douglas try to show he is 'still with it' by getting down and dirty with a 30 year old Actress who has to get her boobs out just so she is in the film, or some Gangsta Rap artist who thinks they be great Movie stars because they can talk fast to music so make films with naked laydeez and guns, lots of guns.

I say well done to Eliza Dushku and all the other actresses who say no to nudity...and i say take heed of these women to Jack Black who seems to strut around with as little on as possible.

Actually I think its a sad thing. What's so evil about nudity? An actress/actor won't give a second thought to a scene where they have to gun someone down, but nudity freaks them out. What does that tell us about the current state of society where its less moral to be nude then to use a gun?

I've heard this many times before, and I must say it makes Eliza all the more sexier. And I disagree with satchick, there are fewer and fewer actresses who won't do nude scenes.

And the idea that fictional violence is worse than fictional nudity/explicit sex seems silly to me. Because you KNOW that all the violence is fakes, whereas the nudity is clearly not.

While I won't be a hypocrite and say that I wouldn't look if she did a nude scene, it's still refreshing to hear a young actress say that she doesn't take posing nude is something to be taken lightly. Go Eliza!

For anyone that might be interested, Eliza did do a spread in FHM magazine several years ago, as did Alyson Hannigan and, I believe, Amber Benson. Add to those Sarah's MAXIM pictures and the the infamous Charisma Carpenter PLAYBOY pictures, joined now by Mercedes McNab, and I'd have to say that about the only Sunnydale former residents not to appear in some sort of girlie magazine are the men.
