Tru Calling the complete first season will be out on dvd November 30, from tvshowsndvd.com. Extra's include alot of commentary by Eliza Dushku, Davis, Harrison (Shawn Reaves) and others. Also 3 featurettes, the Full Blown Rose music video and deleted scenes. Didn't see another thread about this, if there's already one you can close this one. I'm so excited to get this🙂 I can't wait to see the cover art.
 
AHHHH I was waiting to hear of a DVD release for Tru Calling! 😀 All I wanna know now is how long till it hits the UK?!?!
 
Meh, Thats great news but bad news for me cos it means more stuff I want and less money I have to buy them. i'm supposed to be saving and still have Buffy Season 7 R1 to buy when it's released to complete my collection plus seasons 4 and five of angel. Now tru calling. Maybe the bank will give me a loan... :hihi:
 
Well... wouldn't actually have been pushed about getting the DVDs... but the commentary swings it. Eliza Dushku is a joy to listen to on any subject. She could tell an entertaining story about bread.
 
HEY, how long d'you think it'll take for the DVDs to come out into Woolworths etc (in UK).
 
i have never seen the show (only clips) and can't wait. i heard it's a little slow to start but then gets great but i'm sure it's great all the time 🙂

I think it is safe to say Lee might be a little obsessed with Shawn, hehehe.

Harrison is my fave character, he's soooooo cool, and he has really funky hair...

And...Ive seen Shawn on some interviews, he's SUCH a nice guy! Wooo! Go Shawn!

Disc 2: Episodes - Haunted, Star Crossed, Morning After, Closure. Commentary TBD.


Disc 3: Episodes - Murder in the Morgue, Reunion, Valentine. "The Longest Day" with optional commentary by Creator/Executive Producer Jon Harmon Feldman, Executive Producer Dawn Parouse, Actors Eliza Dushku and Shawn Reaves.

Its one of those things that are just going to happen and you can't get away from it.

And just to note this is the release date for R1 only, no news as of yet for any other regions.
 
Hey, just noticed, Tru is an anagram of Rut. Just saying. Anyway, I suppose I should have prepared myself for the dodgy puns long ago, given that the character was named purely to give the show a punny title. But still.

So, if I may, a tribute to all unfortunately named people in the world. My sympathies. Damn your parents. Well done for surviving primary school.
 
i don't know where i have been, but i didn't find out about this DVd untill TODAY.. so i went right to amazon.com and there it was.. a pic and everything!! i can hardly wait! :rolfkit: <--- me on the floor waiting(LOL)
