Question DVD Season 7 Main Page Music?

OK, here is a question for Buffy The Vampire Slayer enthusiasts:

On the 7th Season DVD, first disc (Lessons, Beneath You, etc.), What is the music being played on the main episode menu? How would I find out the music title there? Is it also used in an episode and I missed it?

(I have the USA region 1 DVDs and it is the one with the static image of SMG's face on the left.)
 
If I'm recalling correctly, it's the same music on each DVD, and it's "Final Fight" by Rob Duncan. They use it at the very very end, though there's a bit of it during Buffy's "We're not ready? They're not ready" speech and probably scattered through the rest of the season, too.
 
I never really thought about the music. I was quite annoyed by it, and the animated menu I couldn't skip(season 2 took forever!)

i generally love them, and season 2 looks really cool, but it IS really annoying to have to sit through it all when you just want to watch the episode already!!!! :P

Also, in reguards the intros like season 2, I just hit track forward and it seems to skip past the intros of the episodes.
