Does anyone know what the status of the DVD sets at retail is? I got hooked watching the reruns on MTV and then they stopped airing. I went to Walmart, Best Buy, and Target but none of them had any copies. Even Amazon is using third party sellers for Buffy DVDs. I know sometimes older box sets get pulled when a remastered set or new packaging is about to come out. Any info?

I got the complete DVD collection at FYE (For Your Entertainment). They had used DVD sets of the individual seasons cheap too. I would also try Sam Goody.

Your best buy is this box. [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Buffy-Vampire-Slayer-Collectors-discs/dp/B000AQ68RI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1273514180&sr=8-1"]Buffy The Vampire Slayer - Collector's Set (40 discs) [/ame] Looks to me that Amazon sell it directly. If you search for single seasons add "slim set" and you'll hopefully find what you're looking for. Like this. I definitely recommend the Chosen Collection boxed set if you can afford it. It's really nice. I also have the Angel boxed set as well.
