E cards(Internet shoppingg cards)

Do you think they are any good. I think it is a good idea. I joined Splash plastic. I ordered it today. You can buy things like clothes,books,C'd's eletronis games and things like that and you always get money off. i read on the webpage that it is only in U.K at the moment which is silly as It would make more mone in places like the US.

I actually saw this on the BBC programme 'Shortchange' (or something like that). One guy had a problem getting his card topped up. When he went to the shops that he was told could top it up they had never heard of it etc. But apparantly staff are getting a 'refresher course'. I think it is a great idea as not everyone has credit/debit cards and it cuts down on fraudulent cases!

I have a splash plastic card, its great... they deliver quickly, have most things in stock!😀

I have my own debit card (although not everywhere takes visa electron) or often my mum will lend me her credit cards so long as I give her the cash. but i think ones like splash cards are a really good idea especially if you're younger, as it's giving you more freedom; the best way I learnt to deal with money was to spend my own money as a I saw fit. So I ended up blowing quite a bit, but it's enough to teach me to watch my money now! (well until tomorrow when I go shopping of course)
