Each character's hottest Season...

sometimes someone hot just turns Ugly as the show goes on or the other way around, just post each character's hottest season he/she appeared in.

for me:
Buffy - S2-3...she was a little fat in S1 & waay too skinny on S4 onward.

Willows - S4...the only season where she looked hot for me.

Anya - S4.

Fred - S5...she was a stick prior to S5.

Cordelia - Ats S1...she was buttugly from S2 onward.

Darla - Ats...she was hot in every episode in Ats, she's also the hottest chick on both shows, period.

Kate - S1...her curly hair turned me off in S2, it didn't suit her.

Lilah - she was always hot, she was never cute, but she had the hot seductive corporate look.

Faith - Btvs S3...the second hottest chick, just seeing her you know she knows how to please someone.

Harmony - Ats S5...she looked mega-hot in there, she was alright prior to S5, but not hot.

ok, fat is a strong word, but she had a little unnecessary weight, she was still hotter than S4 onward though, I guess her workout sessions finally caught up with her.

Unnecessary weight is also a strong word in this contest...I think the word she was is curvy (at least curvier than she was in the other season). Because many, MANY women are called fart or having "unnecessary weight" when they're just curvy...and they feel bad about it. Sarah called it baby-fat, that weight you normally and naturally lose when you grow up...well, girls feel awful about it for no reason at all..apart from society that tears you apart if you're not thin and perfect by age 12. Just saying...I'm not accusing you of course.

we've already adressed that issue, Buffy may have been a little curvy, she was curvy in S2, but less Curvy, I like minor curves. but she was NOT ugly in S1, she was a stick from S4 onward, but Buffy was never ugly even when she was a stick.

Cordelia isn't my type, she was good looking until Ats S2, maybe the ugly haircuts made her look ugly, or that she didn't age well, but she wasn't hot by then to me.

& Willow, well, I'm not into nerdy looking girls, & I don't mean any offense by this, in S4 she lost all the nerdiness in her looks & she started getting hot, but some of her nerdiness came back later in the show.

& Darla, well, Julie Benz has that hot voice that turns you on, she doesn't look like the cheesy cliched blonde but a real hot blonde, & yes I agree she's like a fine wine, she was really really hot on Dexter, she's one of the hottest stars on any show not just this show, if not THE hottest, & you're the first to disagree with me on that point.

& to answer your question, I'd never tell a girl she's ugly, that's just not necessary, but if Sarah Michelle Gellar asked me out, especially back in her young days, I'd be crazy to say no.

I actually agree. For me I found Cordy very pretty from the start, especially Angel s1 for me, but after that... not so much. I can't really put my finger on what it was but then yeah, it might've been the haircuts that I found rather abysmal.

Sarah was in no way fat! But I also think she was a bit curvier (as mentioned above) if you will.
But that's certainly no reason to say she's not hot. I think it's like... a matter of taste.

Anyway, I think Sarah looks best around Season 2 or so....

2. When I first read this thread title I thought of Spike before anyone else... so when was Spike hottest? Season 6 IMO. Of course, that might have to do with the fact that season 6 was where he got the most shirt off screen time.

I think your standards are too high. No one on the show was ugly, not that I could see. And I think it's physically impossible for Sarah to be fat, she's so tiny! The fact she got even skinnier in later years made her look quite gaunt at times.

And thank goodness she didn't wear skimpy clothes later on. She is smokin' hot in Season 1, but by Season 2, it really didn't matter what she looked like. Her inner beauty was her best attribute. It would have been hard to see if she wore skimpy clothes.
