Which one pulled off a better job as the other?
I think Eliza's part with Giles was rather good as she attempts to convince him of her identity.

I thought they both did an amazing job.

I'd have to say I preferred Sarah's interpretation of Faith though. The stuff she does in front of the mirror ("it's wrong") haha....it was fantastic. She got the body language spot on in my opinion as well. When she shows up to the Bronze in her black leather pants and sits down with her feet up on the table....that was sooooo Faith. :happy30:

I loved this episode.

Well, I agree that Sarah was awesome in front of the mirrir, probably one of my favourite scenes ever 😀

I think Eliza did a great job, especially at the end when showing up at Giles' house. But as discussed before, Eliza had an easier job in a way... She was just supposed to be Buffy. Sarah had to be Faith trying to be Buffy. Works most of the time though...

(Wow, when I'm trying to think of these episodes in my head, I can't remember who did which scene, it's weird..)

This is such a great episode! Sarah and Eliza both did wonderful jobs with it, but I'd have to say I prefer Eliza playing Buffy in Faith's body.

I just happened to be watching this ep last night. One of my favorites that was written and directed by Joss. Sarah as Faith in Buffy's body, teasing Spike at the Bronze, wow. Amazing.

And Eliza had Buffy's flustered stammering down pat, when she's talking to Giles, lol.

I just love the sort of tortured psychodrama of this ep, with Faith discovering Buffy's life, realizing what a waste her own life is.

I'd completely forgotten about this episode, but i have to agree with everyone that it is a fantastic episode!

I love how Sarah plays Faith, and vice versa. It looked so fun! I always sort of felt sorry for Faith as she just wanted to be accepted, and as goldenboy said, she got to see what her life might have been like, with a family and a boyfriend and good friends. I think both girls did a brilliant performance!

This episode is very cool, and that 'Because it's wrong' scene was one of the best in the series, very funny. I think Eliza was a very convincing Buffy!

i loved the scene with 'Faith' and Giles in his apartment...Eliza was so great, like someone mentioned, she had all of Sarah's mannerisms down pat.
"'Cause, OH, Ethan Rayne!" i thought this line in particular was great as well as "What's a stevedor?" they both make me lol!

They both did an amazing job!! But I preffered Eliza as Buffy. Her performance seemed a little more real 🙂 But Sarah was good as Faith 🙂

I LOVED this episode, one of my favourites! Sarah plays a very convincing 'Faith'! I love the scene in Giles's house with Eliza that is so Buffy like!

I thought they both did really good, but I really think Eliza as Buffy stood out more. The performance was so good and so in character. I think Sarah did well as Faith but she wasn't as convincing as Eliza was IMO.

I think they both did a good job. This is probably the only epsiode where I like "Faith" (on both accounts)

I think Sarah did a great job as Faith. She really had to step out of the box of her normal character, and not only that, she also had to pretend she was Buffy while really being Faith. Totally confusing.

Eliza also did a good job too. She really did a good job in some parts. She had the mannerisms down really good. Like when she was talking to Giles in his apartment. That was good.
