Have been thinking of horror movies, as I think Buffy the Vampire Slayer is a gateway to horror movies. If you can think of a horror movie, with whatever you like to make the female character the evildoer. Would you pick Sara or Eliza? Sure, they have both never really do that in the big screen. Still, it would be a very interesting topic. As we all hope that the characters of the show do get some other type of work. Any ideas?

I like Eliza. She is more understood to be a dark character. But, it would be fun if the two women did have a real fight.

To play the villain? Sarah without a doubt. The only character that I've seen Eliza play well, is Faith. I just can't picture her as an "evil" mastermind which is what I think of when I see the word "villain" (obviously not all villains are the sharpest tools in the shed...). Faith wasn't really a villain imo. Also, SMG is really great at playing a crazy bitch and in this non existent horror movie that I'm imagining...that's the type of character she'd play.

I'd pick Sarah. Personally, I think Eliza plays a better good guy. Sarah has done really well at playing a bitch. I loved her in Cruel Intentions.

True! She can play a bitch, but a killer?
Maybe Sara, still I just do not see her as the typical female killer with a kitchen knife that chase other girls upstairs. Or, the off her meds that want to force her roommate into a weird idea they are sisters but they would have sex with each other. Thinking the movies “The Roommate” and “Single White Female.”

Then again, I just do not see both women in the same movie. Even more to the point, in a horror movie, as I cannot see them working as sisters or one gone crazy and starts to kill.

Sarah. She can play so many emotions very convincing! She's a great actress! Better than Eliza! Sarah can cry and it looks so real, it's amazing!

I'd actually vote for Eliza, I think she's great at playing the villain. I also think because I've seen Sarah play the victim in I know What You Did Last Summer and Scream 2 I wouldnt picture her any other way when it came to a horror film, even though she was Buffy for 7 years.

I like Eliza but i def think Sarah is a better actress, i cuold totally see her in Evil dead or the exorcism of Emily Rose.

I think that both ladies are talented, professional actors, and with the right script, with the right directing, either or both could be totally convincing as either hero or villain (or helpless victim, for that matter). Though I'm sure that I will get quite a bit of argument here, I can't see a tremendous amount of difference in the acting skills of the two. I believe that both are professional and dedicated to their craft, but I don't see actual greatness in either. I would love to see something some time where Eliza was the lead and Sarah was a supporting actor, just to see what the contrast would be.

No greatness at all? Aww....:(
Hmmm.....well, both are great at kicking evil's ass but who would be better as the evil, themselves? Honestly, I think I might go with Sarah. She has a way of detaching her emotions and becoming icy. No matter how hard Eliza tries I always feel like I can see the good buried underneath.

Sarah imo. Like others have said she's awesome at playing a villian or bad guy. I mean she played "Faith" really well imo. Also if you look at her other characters "Siobhan Martin" from Ringer or Catherine from Cruel Intentions she's a really good versatile actress

Either depending on the role. Sarah's had more experience within that genre though and I think she's generally a better actor.
