I've never posted art here before . . . mainly because I don't do a lot of Buffy art. But I figured becoming more active in this forum would motivate me to do more BtVS art and cut back on the Harry Potter. ^^

So . . . here's my first one. It's of Season 2's "Innocence", one of my all-time fav eps. Let me know what you think!

The background texture came from Krisnreine.com though I tweaked it a bit. Lyrics are Sarah McLachlan's.

P.S. It takes a bit of time to load, at least on my compy, but it'll eventually come up, I promise. 😉

That's a very beautiful blend. 😀 One of my fave episodes too, and I love the choice of images/text and colour. Those colours always work so well! 😀

Would love to see some of your Harry Potter art as well though- sorry, just finished re-reading Order of the Phoenix and it made me make a Harry Potter wallpaper 'lol' 😀

As EDB said, you can post other non-Buffy stuff as well, would love to see.
 
Well, perfect, guys! You've paved the way to my introduction of a new art . . . this is a very simple blend, not nearly as interesting as the last one, I think . . . 🙁 Anyway, it's not all about Buffy. It's about loneliness, which everyone has, though some more than others. This blend has Buffy in it . . . but also Alias, LotR, X-Files, and Harry Potter.

Sorry for it's depressiveness. I made it after I learned that the digital art forum I'm a member of, Creative, was hacked into and deleted. Now I have nowhere else to post my art but here! ^^ So depend on seeing more soon.

I got the email the other day about Creative, I wasn't actually active there as I tend to join places and forget...

It's still a great shame though. Myself and my hubby (Angel on here) have a spare forum that we haven't yet decided what to do with yet, and we've been racking our brains the last few days; perhaps one for art and such might be a good idea?
 
Just re-read what I posted. I meant "I could do with more textures", it sounded kinda harsh towards the site.

Good blend, maybe a little washed out by the colour but works well.

And yeah EDB, open a creative/art/whatever forum, then we could all have some fun! Would solve my Q on Simplistic Desires and your kids could be mods! (Well maybe not but we could have "battle of the under 10s" because vicous competition is what every growing child needs.
 
EDB - I was like that with Creative when I first joined, too, I didn't go there much, but for the past few weeks I've practically LIVED there. I was up to around 400 posts, I think. (Quite different from this board, in which I have maybe 20 posts.) Anyway, I was completely devastated and this is the only place for me to post my art!! Totally make that board a digital art forum!!!!!!!! 😉

Xander - No, I get what you mean! Krisnreine's textures are great, aren't they? One of my fav places. You should also check out http://ofthesky.net/tre-xture.html. Great place.

Tre-xture is a cool site, been there before. Its a nice wall, bit green (not a green fan, but good all the same)

Was thinking about this and if you don't I may. I figure Nip/Tuck boards has a whole...no guests so I could change it. I really think you should though.
 
Emlyn - I love the Harry's Pain wallpaper, really great and I love the choice of quote on it! Makes me want to make more HP stuff myself 'lol'

@ Xander - Andy and I have talked it over some more and we are going to do a digital art forum. 😀 We just need to get some folks together to give us a hand with sorting out what forums we would need etc. I mean, we'r enot bad with Photoshop but we're by no means experts on it or other art 'lol' 😉
