Could they have sucked a little more? I don't think that's possible....

unfunny people like that wanda, he managed to piss off Larry David, i think she even deserves props for being so annoying, at least bill cosby put her in her place....

the west wing won! the sopranos won! how shocking! you know an award show is getting boring when they present the winner and say something like "this is his 9342134 nomination and 13241347109324213 consecutive win"

also, not everyone loves raymond....
 
i know wanda is annoying but what did bill cosby say to her it was inaudible for me
 
i don't know the exact quote, but she was talking about scripts and stuff and cosby said (referring to his show) something along the lines of "at least we spoke english"
 
oh!!!! i heard it but didnt know what he meant hes making fun of her?
 
I only thought a few of the announcers were funny, and was rather not amused by what they announced. I didn't watch the whole thing, so I taped it and the only awards I can respect were the ones for 'Will and Grace' and if Jennifer Garner won anything - or anybody else from 'Alias'. What else can we do; it's been like this for years and we can't expect to change now...

Two of my favorite people in the world right there. I'm going to have to watch my tape as soon as I get home from school later today; thanks for reminding me that they were presenters.😀

i hate wanda...every time i see her i wanna punch her in the nose....lol

i have acually seen it today(it's alittle slow here in norway when it comes to the american shows that isn't the oscars!) i get the part about the bad jokes, like "arnold" that was just BAD he didn't even sound that much like him if you listened to some of his words! and he looked NOTHING like him! the moves was the only right thing he did!

i tuned it of after just watching for 10-15mins!
 
I did not watch the show, mainly becuase most of the presenters were horrible, horrible people like Wanda. Conan is great, but it just wasn't worth it. I absolutely hate the shows that win, and there is no suspense whatsoever. The Emmys should just be postponed until the West Wing and The Sopranos end, and in the mean time, we can just mail them about thirty awards each year. It is not that they deserve it, but I just seriously doubt that the "Academy" will ever change their minds.
 
the emmy's recieved the lowest rating ever, well it has been on the decline recently anyway. After watching the show I can see why. would it hurt to I dont know give an award to another show, any show. The best director category for best comedy had to be the funnies, there were I think 5 nominess 4 of them from Curb Your Enthusiasm, I love the show but how about picking one maybe at the most 2 directors?
I dont much care for Wanda either, personally I didnt even know who she was until a few months ago, its like all of a sudden they let her out, I say put her back.

haha, same here... pretty much didn't know she existed... now i wish she didn't
