England BB meeting

Alright.. so here we go... I've been planning a BB meeting with a bunch of people. It's going to take place in Birmingham (at least I think for now.. lol) sometimes in towards the end of March. We would probably hang out in the City Center or something for an afternoon...
So far I know that elmo, epo, Faldor, Ape(right?), are coming... Xander I was going to pm you but I guess you're gonna see in here so lemme know, hehe... and possibly Faith will be there... then I wonder about you Mr P who I know is not so very far away.
So anyway... anyone who is interested and could come to the meeting is welcome! 🙂
 
Well, I'll be there for sure (as you already mentioned but yeah), I have some sort of break that whole week so, whenever..

Ash you know you have to be there, I wanna meet you when I'm not drunk, please? Mr. P and Faith I'm counting on seeing both of you there as well.....

Would be fun to meet some more people during the day, we could, uh, do something eh...

I hope i'd be able to come and join too. I only hope I'll have the money to pay for the Eurostar... :S *cross all my little fingers*
 
Errr actually... weekend? arf.... Elmo's not coming over during the weekend (i think?) so unless she can stay or come earlier?

That might be an issue for me but i'll let you know as soon as I can. As if i'm working I won't be able to get time off to come up.

I really wanted to bring Joamna.. She's gonna visit me some time this spring.. but unfortunately she can't get away that week...

Sounds like fun. I'll have to have a word with my lovely lady but if i can fit it around work and we can get somebody to take care of Chloe, her little girl, then it would be good to meet some of you guys! 🙂
 
Should be alright. I should be able to get the day off work no matter what it is - except maybe Sunday but I doubt it'd be a Sunday anyway right?

Mmm Birmingham, I'll have to overspend on Oreos again I guess.
 
If it's a weekend and I'm not working I will make an effort to get there...unfortunately being old and responsible 😉 means I have little "me" time these days. I will mention it to Mrs P to see what she thinks and hopefully we can arrange to visit my Mum that weekend, who lives near Brum...which will make things easier for me to get there. Good work Frenchy btw 🙂
 
Frenchy it seems like we should really to have it on a weekend, hopefully that's ok with elmo (crossing fingers).

And nah SUnday wouldn't really work that great.. apparently the trains are evil on Sundays.. according to Ape 😉
 
They are, they're infrequent and all kinds. Last time I caught a train from Brum on a Sunday the timetable said it would be at New Street so I got there and they said "Its been changed to Moore Street and leaves in four minutes." So I run across Brum in the rain and still missed it.

Yes I really wanted to come too, but unfortunally I can't.. Ah well. I'm hoping that the meeting will be a big success so that we can do it again and that I can come then 🙂
 
Awwww, y'all are making me so jealous! I wanna go, I wanna go!

I hope everyone has fun! I've had the best times with a group of friends I met through a board I used to frequent (Russell Crowe board, LOL!).....we even went on vacation to Mexico together.....wow. Good times.
